I have difficulty understanding the 5 star rating. There was a piece of baking paper in one of the crepes, the person made a mistake in our order and apologized half-heartedly, insinuating that it was our fault, he "no longer had any Liège waffles " which shows they are frozen and not made at the time, and the service was rather long. The interior is not very cozy and the other customers made a lot of noise. Not impressed at all. And if you are vegetarian, don't expect to eat any savory pancakes apart from the shrimp one (my wife is allergic to them so no luck for her...)

A little jewel of a place in the region! We are so happy to have discovered the family run restaurant Gaufre n’ go. A definite must go (pun intended) when passing through Plaisance! Fresh breakfast with beautiful fruit!! You get berries when ordering an extra fruit bowl!! Yummy! The potatoes are well seasoned and crisp. As for the bacon, a perfect balance of fat and crunch ?.
