If you want a soft drink in a glass, this is the best place in Plessis! 3 times online I ask for a dipped cone, they make you pay and then tell you: sorry we put it in a glass!!! Well, if I want a sundae I'll ask for a sundae! If I ask for a soft serve cone, well, I don’t want a glass, no extra cone! Really big nonsense! Gang training!!!!

It's so nice to find a fast food restaurant these days that offers clean, quality food with the added bonus of smiling and pleasant employees.
Everything was delicious and fresh, from the vegetarian pizza, to the club sandwich, cheese burger and poutine

Unfortunately there is no 0 star option. The restaurant categorically refuses to prepare an order in advance due to lack of trust in customers. All other restaurants in Plessisville accept orders by telephone. Already the delivery starts at 4 p.m. (which is completely ridiculous) I call for a delivery and I am told that it starts at 5 p.m. under the pretext that their only delivery person is studying. At the drive-thru, employees solicit tips that are completely illegal and hypocritical. They force you to take the machine in your hands to select a tip at a drive-thru... It pissed me off so I put in $0 and the lady furrowed her eyebrows while looking at me. A big lack of respect for this branch.Ps: the other Victoria cheese shops have excellent service and take orders by telephone so it would be time to adapt and train your employees not to ask for tips, especially since the drive-thru service is not a tipping profession when All you have to do is ask us what we want, make us pay for it and give us our order. Extremely disappointed.

It's fast food, but it's well made, well organized, good service and clean.

I ordered a minced steak, it's a hamburger patty so crushed that it's thin as a sheet of paper, a few fries, a small cup of sauce on the side, not enough to say that you cover the meat, for 15 $ and it's lukewarm phew. Not much, they should concentrate on poutine and cornet.
