ERREURS dans les commandes... refus de remplacer... promet une livraison qui n'arrive jamais... incapable de retracer la facture et incapable de discuter avec une seule personne... j'ai perdu 52,86$ plus mon temps !!!! service à la clientèle MERDIQUE en plus d'erreurs dans les commandes sans cesse...

On October 29, I received an order for a roommate in the house where I live. The delivery man was very rude. I'm Latin American and he even said to me in Spanish "¡rápido, rápido!" which means “quick, quick!” to pressure me to pay. Maybe he was stressed, but I'm stressed sometimes too, and that doesn't give me the right to mistreat people, especially when I'm at work.
