The welcome from Gabriel and Audrey is really top notch, and their delicious dishes too. Our room, very large and very comfortable with a view of this beautiful lake, was perfect for a quick break on the road.

I ate there a few times, a superb café in a lovely setting, the coffees are super good, as are the soups and panini. Very friendly and warm owners.
The new meal bowls are delicious and a must-try.
Nice place for those who telecommute too.
I recommend 100%.

We booked a room for a Sunday evening at the end of June. We arrived there around 7:30 p.m. and found the hostel empty, with no rooms ready for us. They had all been used and gave the impression that the inn had been fled in a hurry... very creepy. We tried to contact the owners, with no response. We wrote several times afterward, with no response either. Definitely a place to avoid.

Great little hostel in a quaint lake town. Perfect if you want to have some quiet for a few days. Hostel rooms are simple and nicely decorated, the shared spaces were clean too. There is a a water dispenser, microwave and toaster for light meals (bring your own cutlery and plates or make do with napkins), a fridge, as well as fixings for coffee and tea in the morning. Gabriel and Zach provided an excellent welcome for us and a brief history of the cafe and hostel. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the price. Sorry we missed the cafe!

Note if you are booking on an external site: do so earlier in the day so they will have time to prepare the room. There is a several hour lag between your booking and when they are notified.

Gabriel and Audrey were incredibly kind. They let me get a room even though I just kind of showed up for the night. They spoke English and gave me a tour of the place which was great because I dont really know French. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

We ordered the artisan lamb pizza. That was delicious. A little gem in the village of Pohenegamook. Lots of love from this young couple who promote good epicurean food and natural products. Go for a walk.
