This is a wonderful place to eat. The menu is well thought out and the food is wonderful. We snowmobiled across from Escort. So many restaurants are simply burgers and fries. This is so much more.

I've been there a few times and it's the best smoked meat and the best Caesar salad I've eaten in my life! Excellent service, super nice waitress, smiling and very pleasant. I recommend Le Secret des Dieux to everyone who passes through Pohénégamook. I come from Gatineau and I never fail to eat at your place each time I visit Pohénégamook!Parking: I always park in the church parking lot next door!

THERE WERE NO CHIPS WITH MY FISH AND CHIPS, total scam ???also they did not authorize my pet snake even though it is a service animal. ?On the other hand, I went straight in without waiting and the barmaids were cute.? The experience was quite pleasant, I recommend it!!! ?????

Good food, friendly service. Must book in advance as it is usually full. Only problem: the bartenders should refresh their knowledge of hygiene practices: The 2 barmaids, all evening: took the ice with the small shovel but put their hands on top so as not to drop the ice (so they touched the ice with their hands for all the glasses they served), also, the fruit and citrus dish comes with tongs to take the cherries or lemon/orange/lime wedges but the 2 barmaids never used them. They took the fruit with their hands all evening. The dish also comes with a lid to prevent objects from falling into it. Twice food from the plates that the barmaids served to customers at the counter fell into the citrus dish... the lid was right next to it!Kid-friendliness: They have some dishes for children.

It was super busy when we went, but they found a place for us on the patio. The beer flight was good - lots of variety. There weren’t a lot of vegetarian menu options, but there were a few. We had the vegetarian pizza, which was tasty.Vegetarian options: A few options. The vegetarian pizza was good.

Discovering Destinations
We first discovered this place in 2019, and wanted to come back because we remembered the food and Beers were delicious. The brewery is located right next to a church, they have limited seats inside however, there’s a great patio around the back. The fish and chips are delicious. Rack of ribs is great and this time we tried their gourmand burger. Great selection of beers and they also make some pretty great looking cocktails. There’s a store in the front where you can purchase beers to go. And other souvenirs.
