Not much to say, the burgers are not what I remember from childhood... Let me clarify, it's subjective really. When I was a kid, I liked McDonalds, I hate McDonalds today, other than the Oreo McFlury and the Chicken McNuggets, especially when they are fresh and hot. I guess the same can be said for Dic Ann's, when I was a kid, I remember stopping there whenever we went to our cottage in Rawdon, we would stop there for dinner at the Pie-IX location on the way home. It was very fond memories that as an adult, just don't feel the same so it's not that Dic Ann's is bad, it's just not how I remembered it. So for Management, it's nothing that you are doing wrong, your employees were polite and courteous, service and cleanliness were right up there, nope, it's just me, but that is what a review is, my opinion.

After living in Montreal my whole life, I finally decided to give Dic Ann’s a try after hearing so much praise about this iconic franchise. I have to say, I really enjoyed learning about the history of the establishment—it’s a great backstory. That said, the food didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I was underwhelmed by it all. While I know many people are passionate about Dic Ann burgers and even try to recreate the famous sauce, it just wasn’t to my taste. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I know plenty of others would strongly disagree. On a positive note, the staff at this particular location were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated!

I love this snack I'm over 30 years old I go there and I'm never disappointed I started eating it when I was little I asked without sauce it was too spicy but today I love it

First and last time, people aren't even able to tell me the kind of cheese in the hot dog, the uncooked sausage barely reheated, bread all soaked, all dressed but very little topping, hamburger same thing really disappointed ? ?
