Domino's Pizza

Bad experience, got a mistake on my order. Spoke to Alexandra about the mistake, received wings when i ordered cheesy bread, plus i ordered an original hand made pie but they delivered a thin crust. She would not understand the issue and keep telling me my order, over 8 times i explained the issue and she would not get a clue. She put me on hold indefinitely and never came back to the call. Called back 8-10 times with no answer. Had to call confidential for her to repeat the same rubbish!!! Put me on hold again and never came back to the call. Called back from a different number and she avoided the issue, i asked to speak with a manager multiple times and she just hung up. This is a sad customer service and a free pizza will not fix the issue. First time i get bad service from this place. This girl needs to be fired at this point.

I am really disappointed in your workers. I was in a good mood and left a $5 tip, which will never happen again, but a little later, the guy at the cash register had the nerve to charge me $1 for ketchup in sachet.. but what is this ungrateful guy?😂 Since when does ketchup in a sachet cost $1? I give him $5 he does that lol. In addition, I saw him put the $5 in his pockets WITHOUT SHARING WITH HIS COLLEAGUES. Next time, I'll bring my own ketchup which I'll pour on his head!

I ordered an all dressed pizza, which is just as normal...
the pizza is paper thin.
It's not very good and in addition I noticed that the delivery man double charges my delivery, I explain. On the website to order it clearly indicates who has a charge of around $5 for delivery, the total should have been 32 $ which is already quite expensive...The delivery man entered the price at $37, I didn't pay too much attention!!! be careful. Very disappointing experience with Dominos
