We ordered to pick it up at the counter, a steak pizza with fries and 2L. We don't live nearby, we arrive home and realize that the pizza is poorly cooked. The inside is still doughy and not cooked. The cheese isn't even grilled, just melted. We asked for without mushrooms (allergy) and extra cheese, did we receive with mushrooms and regular cheese? We had ordered with the online platform so, not a communication error. Not edible, we had to recook it in the oven. This is unacceptable for a restaurant.

I ordered twice the pizza for delivery. The guy that takes order is so rude. He shouted at me and was not polite at all.Although I really liked the pizzas and they are really delicious, I will never order there because of his behavior.

I ordered online via the app and it was very easy. There are lots of choices on the menu. Delivery was very fast. I received my order and everything was hot and fresh and delicious. I didn't have time to take photos.
