I come here regularly, mostly always happy with the products and service, even know some of the staff. With that said, I am here at 8:20AM on a Tuesday, on Google it says it opens at 8:00AM, yet the store is locked, the lights are shut, no semblance of the store being opened. Also no time at the facade of the boutique.
The complaint is not necessarily on the employees but maybe on the business itself to update their hours to reflect whatever they are, some people make detours based off of these times, only to be met by a closed store.

My boyfriend and I walked in on a Sunday at 8:50 pm and asked the worker that it will be 4 sandwiches and the worker replied “really 5 minutes before my shift ends”. We were confused because online it says they close at 10 pm but he stated it closes at 9 pm. However, still very disrespectful to answer a paying customer that. Customer service = 0. Will not be coming back.
The employee does not place online orders under the pretext of regular credit card fraud, even though we used the app and prepaid. The employee says the app is useless. We lost 20 minutes. In addition, the employee made the wrong orders, persisted with us in an arrogant tone and refused to redo the order. He calls his manager, complains about us so that his manager finally asks him to redo the order. Ridiculous situation and unpleasant employee. The worst Subway in Montreal.
