I've had a few bad experiences at this place and I won't set foot there again. Obviously, some employees are completely out of place...

Today, October 15 at 10:24 a.m., I would like to denounce the blatant incompetence of the service I received. I was billed twice for the same order, and despite recognizing the error, I was only refunded half. Then I was told I couldn't pay a third time, and to top it all off, I was informed that the refund will take time. Not only did I have terrible service, but I didn't even receive my order, and my money literally disappeared. And to add to this fiasco, the person who claims to be a manager, a woman with glasses, showed unacceptable stupidity. It’s scandalous!”

I had ordered through the móvil app and when they gave me my order it was not complete and this is not the first time, We have to check that it is complete before leaving

On m'a a dit qu'il n'y avait plus d'oeufs et on m'a offert un bagel avec 2 saucisses! J' ai dû demander comment ça se faisait...en fait il fallait juste attendre 3 minutes pour que les œufs soient cuits. J'ai attendu et au final on m'a remis autre chose que ce que j'avais commandé. Le type à la table à côté de moi a eu du bacon alors qu'il n'en avait pas commandé.

For some reason, this place gets confused by the decaf mocha order. Most other THs have no problem figuring it out, but here this confused the staff, twice. Had to buy regular mocha, as I got tired trying to explain the concept to the staff. How hard is it to figure out the difference between regular mocha and a decaf mocha ?

C'est le seul Tim Hortons où les employés sont compétents. Je n'y ai jamais eu de problème, alors que Dieu sait que c'est toujours difficile d'avoir un bon service habituellement dans un Tim... En plus ils sont hyper rapides! Le matin, il y a beau avoir une file de 10 voitures, je suis toujours servie en moins de 3 minutes! Bravo à tous les employés:)

I ordered 2 EXTRA crema cappuccinos at this Tim Hortons, and it's been over 10 years I've been ordering the exact same thing across the province and I've never had a problem but here it's a problem apparently. Today around 1:15pm, I went to the drive-thru and they didn't add enough cream for my taste and I paid EXTRA for my EXTRA cream. In short, the young boy at the checkout told us that he had to charge us another extra to rectify this situation even though they would NEVER charge me anywhere else if I was not satisfied. I pay for these drinks. Stop fooling around. The young man at the checkout told us “if you’re not happy you just don’t go to Tim” with a grotesque attitude. Well I'm just going to go to another one because this is clearly the problem.

second review - it seems like everywhere else customers services = last thing they consider when teaching their employees what they should consider!!! will never go this PLACE ANYMORE / WHICH IS LIKE WHAT WE COULD SEE WHEN LOOK CAR SERVICES = ALMOST ALWAYS EMPY NOW! THEY ARE GETTING WHAT THEY DESERVED!

Very nice people behind the counter. The food and my french vanilla were especially hot! So be careful
