Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant aux 12500 R. Sherbrooke E, Pointe-aux-Trembles. Lorsque j’ai demandé au serveur Juan Carlos, si les boissons étaient incluses dans le menu à 10 $, il m’a répondu que, pour ce prix, je ne devrais pas être trop exigeant. Je trouve cette réponse totalement irrespectueuse et condescendante. Peu importe le prix, chaque client mérite d’être traité avec considération et respect. De plus, un minimum de courtoisie dans le service est attendu, même pour un menu à prix abordable. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et n’y remettrai pas les pieds.

Christmas Day, December 25, nauseating seafood casserole, old Caesar salad from the day before or what... house wine: only 9oz available!?! And not the 6oz, let’s see!
We threw away our doggy bags because it stank so much.
Frankly, if you want to serve scraps at Christmas, do like other restaurants, stay closed!

Oct 19, 2024 do not order the star menu spaghetti with meatballs it is a more than moderate meal. This is a scam and misrepresentation. Nowhere is it stated that this meal is a moderate portion. There is the equivalent of 5 bites. We informed them of the error and they told us that before they gave regular portions but now it is moderate portions and it is written as zero by. No compensation from them was offered to us.

I've tried everything, delivery, on site and takeout. Not only are there always errors in orders, but the staff seems unqualified. The shortage of personnel is a burden, when it is not because they lack personnel, it is their computer system which does not work. Otherwise there are errors that are not resolved (mixing dishes, forgetting extracts). And what about the dining room which is always dirty.
This restaurant survives only because Pointe aux Trembles is a culinary desert.
