I just love their pizza so much! I don’t live near the area but I do happen to be there a few times a year. Whenever I’m there I make it a point to get some pizza. This time I dined in. I do have one negative thing to say and that is that the sodas were not very cold.

I can't understand how this place is underrated. The food was tasty, they have an excellent service, some will disagree but it is nice and cozy inside, etc.

I had received their menu and I thought it was the elite pizza menu it's blatant they copied the menu from another restaurant and it's really unprofessional I would never operate for another restaurant the elite will remain the best restaurant with its quality and good service

worst service I have ever seen idiots like them it's not without, the company where I work often places orders with them and the company often pays for the employees but this time like all the other times I ask to pay My order so that the company doesn't pay. and this situation has happened twice more so I am waiting for my order and the delivery man arrives and usually the delivery man leaves the order and can leave since it is the company that pays but as I want to pay he has to ask who is paying for it. the order so that I pay but as you have hired idiots the delivery man places my order to pay and runs off I want to say I work 12 hours in the company so I said to myself since he is in a hurry he will come back well no he doesn't iron but rather go and ask the company where I work to pay for my order that I ordered yesterday I would like to say if your employees that you hire are not doing their job I am not paying anything at all you are making a mistake it's not your problem mine ask your employees to pay for their mistake and the bill ends up in the trash

Ok, ok, first order, I order the 16' pizza trio - 10' submarine - 2 small poutines and a 2L of soft drink! Online it is specified with fries sauce and coleslaw which they refused to give me on the phone I had to go to the restaurant to show them their online menu so that they could give them to me…
I just recommended the same trio… they haven’t changed their online menu but I want to be nice, I say and order a side of fries…. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE FRIES (which was paid for by the way)

We ordered 3 subs when ordering we left our phone number and address. The person who took our order confirmed our address by repeating the address. We asked for the waiting time before delivery and we got the answer 30-40min. An hour later we called back to find out the status of our order. The person on the line told us that all orders were on their way. 30 minutes later we called back since we still had not received our order. This time we were told that the address given by the person who took our order was not the correct one, as was our telephone number. You will understand our dissatisfaction knowing that we had to call twice and that in no case was there mention of a problem with our address or our telephone number. Vincent Submarine is on our blacklist.
