La brasserie publie des offres sur son site web, sur sa page Facebook et même sur le menu écrit à la main (en craie) sur le mur derriere le bar. Au moment de la facturation l'offre n'est plus disponible et on est chargé le prix entier, sans promotion. Aucun prèavis au moment où on passe la commande. On en fait part à notre serveur et on reçoit des explications ridicules ("on n'a pas accès au site web pour enlever la promotion, ...on a oublié d'effacer la promotion sur le mur"...) Un échange dèsagreable, quoi. Une promotion trompeuse, vécue pour la 2e fois. La première fois, pour la même promotion on a eu le prix de la promotion mais la portion servie était un tiers de sa taille originale. De bonne foi, j'en fais part au gérant. Sa réponse résumée - ça arrive.

I have been a good customer for at least 5 years at 3 Brasseurs Pointe Claire, but today was my last day and I'm informing everybody I know that this Pub is not not fair with their customers. I ordered one Flamm Carnivore with the discount that is announced on their site and even on the walls inside the restaurant, priced at $8,00. When I got the bill they charged $18,00 (normal price without discount), after asking the waiter why the normal price, he said that it's not their fault if the price is wrong on the web site and even on their walls inside the restaurant! The menu shows the correct price, but the employees are supposed to inform that the price has changed and on the walls and on the website is incorrect. Waiter was really rude saying that it's not their fault... don't go to this restaurant, much better price and quality if you go to Le Manoir Pub on Saint Jean street.

Lively setting, perfect for a group dinner. The food is not too pricey and of quality. I know that restaurant chain from France and I have to say it's very pleasant. Good service as well. We'll be back 🤗

Pulled pork sandwich was decent, nothing special, maybe a hair on the dry side

Nice place, nice food and good prices.
We had to wait a bit to be seated as i think there wasn't enough staff, but the staff was friendly. A good place to go, even with kids.
