It's really bad, I ordered a vegetarian burger with chess, a combo, cost me around $16-$17, the burger was not even warm, the bread was bad like it had been there for a few week, it crumble as you try to hold the burger in your hand, the cheese didn't even melt on the burger, it literally like they took it out of fridge and sloppily put into the burger, didn't even bother to heat it up. The fries were even worse. It seemed they put a lot of the left over fries the bits and pieces together, you hardly can find a regular fries, and you guessed it, it's not even warm. It's strange to see the good reviews here.

I went there a few days ago and I saw that the guy that was making the burgers had no gloves on and was constantly touching his face, I didn’t see him once wash his hands, Totally grossed me out. Might not go there for a while after seeing that.

Ordering through UberEATS, the delivery guy arrived at the door saying the order was canceled. I call the restaurant and they tell us that it was the delivery guy who canceled even though he had my order. Plus he was late, I waited more than 1h30 and ended up getting nothing and having to make a “complaint” at the restaurant. No one spoke French at a&w. Little help. I do not recommend for deliveries and waiting time.
Great service here, the food was good. This location is inside the mall, has food trays to keep everything neat and tidy. The Sunny side up Eggs were indeed sunny side up, the toasts well done, not charred, the bacon and sausages also done very well.

The guys in front are pretty slow.The people in the kitchen seems to work fast because our orders was quickly placed in the warming area almost instantly.But it stayed there for a while. I guess that can get infuriating when you're hungry. The sweet potato fries wasn't too fresh but still tasted great. And the burgers are amazing as usual.

It took 15 minutes (not counting the line wait) to place an order for a chubby combo with Kids Pack with Nuggets.The staff had a lot of difficulty understanding.Dining in.They didn't understand that I was dining in when I commented that they gave me a to go cup instead of a mug.It took them 30 minutes to inform me that they didn't sell apple slices for the Kids Pack, claiming the picture with the apple slices are just a picture and are not part of the order. They sold me the 6pack of Nuggets and itemized individually rather then combo items.The online menu is very clear that it is included.I'm so frustrated with the situation that even an hour later, I can't eat my chubby sandwich.Manager was not in. Would only come in the next day.Nothing was offered for the trouble....and the lettuce was practically rotten.
Dietary restrictions: I asked if there was anything to substitute the granola bar with Chocolate as I can't give that to my kid. Nothing was optional.

Absolute apathy from the employee. Ordered kid's meal. Was given a paper bag with chicken strips and fries. When asked why I was given fries instead of apple slices, the employee looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and stated that they have no apples so they're just serving it with fries. Also, she had bagged it in a brown bag instead of the kid's meal box and when I asked how come she didn't put it in a kid's box, she basically gave me a quick stare and offered me a box very reluctantly. Possibly the worst A&W I've ever been to...
