Been here many times. The breakfast is good. I love the Special Gourmand. It’s plentiful and not bad at all. Taste is standard.
Service is good. Sometimes slow but it’s okay they are 2 people in the morning.
Still it’s alright and okay.

Whoever was working today (older woman with darker skin) was extremely disrespectful and rude. My daughter asked for a cup of water and she rudely told her pay for the cup, and when my daughter said she didn’t have her wallet she told her okay then leave instead of a nicer approach. She should get fired disgusting woman poor service.

Bad customer service. Last time, I waited for my order for more than 15 minutes. When my order was ready, tge employee ignored finishing it passing it to me. I waited to react, but she kept ignoring. Finally, I told her to look back and see my order was ready to be given to me. She reacted negatively and gave me the tray missing things. I decided nit to buy anymore from this A&W branch.

Probs one of my go to A&W locations. Service is good, food is tasty. One time I tried to use a coupon and they randomly added a dollar to it. I asked why and she said it was normal to do so. Who knows.

Waited 15 minutes for a single apple pie with no other customers in line at 9:50 a.m. When I asked about the delay, the cashier said it would be another five minutes because of online orders. Then the cook admitted he forgot to put my order in. I had to leave without my food or a refund. In 15 minutes, they only prepared one bag, and I was the only person waiting. If you’re at Fairview, I recommend choosing a different restaurant
I really like their breakfast and I would really enjoy it much better, if I didn't get a piece of cardboard in my mouth from the paper plate or a splinter from the wooden fork which I can't even fork anything with. And even better the paper straw lodged in the plastic cover of the juice cup gets smashed and you can't sip through it How can anyone enjoy their food like this. Feels like I'm eating paper and wood with my eggs. Please bring decent plates and cutlery.

Got a papa burger with no raw onions and grilled onions in place of .. burger came no grilled onions just ketchup girl acted like I was bothering her to get it fixed as well my sweet potato fries were cold and tasted like they have been sitting there for awhile staff all out in front with their cell phones instead of serving customers… manager needs to get a handle on this place or get a new manager

Please be careful eating here, our 3 year old got sick after eating a kids menu (burger and cheese). Worst of all we went on Friday so it spoiled her weekend.
