Bad customer service, the girl over charged me, I asked for a refund and she tried to negotiate saying that the cash can’t refund. She guilt tripped me saying that it’s just $5 .

The woman working tonight is a true gem. This place would be lost without her. I come in regularly and the service is only good when she is there. I had to come in today with a lot of change and felt so bad, she reassured me and was so incredibly sweet about the whole interaction. She even remembered the pickles I always add to my wrap. She is truly great and I really think this place would tank without her wonderful service.

Refused to give me a refill on my soda, although on Google it says A&W Canada is supposed to be giving free refills… There chipotle sauce is also about 1/4 cup full & it cost 0.50 cents for not even half a mini cup of sauce. Service is very friendly tho & food is well seasoned compared to other A&

Recently, I had a terrible experience at Pointe Claire's A&W. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos, which were prepared quickly. However, after a while, I noticed the chicken wasn't fresh or crispy like usual. When I asked the person at the counter to replace it because it wasn't fresh and I preferred it hot, he began arguing with me. He kept insisting that he had just made it and didn't listen to my concerns at all, only repeating himself. After about five minutes, I thought he understood me, but instead, he returned with a food thermometer to prove his point. In the process, he touched my food and accidentally caused my sandwich to fall apart with the thermometer. When I expressed my frustration and asked him to just replace my food, he rudely refused, insisting I had to reorder and pay again. I was very upset, especially since I had a guest with me. I decided to leave the store and have since chosen not to return because even though the staff has changed, I believe the quality of service under new management is not the same as before.
