The best Allo Mon Coco location I've ever gone to! Friendly staff, amazing food! Of course, I always go for the Choco-Cocoa and Chocolate Banana smoothies - to die for! Already planning my next visit, can't wait to come back!

Ordered the Biscuits & crème « Cheesecake » for takeout and they gave me something completely different that I did not enjoy. The waitress on the phone did not know her menu and kept putting us on hold to check with the kitchen if they still offer pancakes and what types they have. We specifically specified the pancakes with the chocolate and peanut butter, i even read her the description off the website menu. I should have trusted my gut to check the order before leaving instead of trusting the waitress there. Super disappointed as I hate throwing food but it’s really not edible. I’ll try and enjoy the strawberries at least.

Worst restaurant experience! Do NOT go there. Our plates came all dirty and was told “sorry it’s rush hour” by the cook. I tried to order an avocado toast and waitress said there wasn’t anymore avocado yet 10 minutes later two plates came out with avocado in them. Horrible service and dirty place.

It’s really unfortunate — this used to be one of our favorite spots, but it’s gone downhill.
The staff were friendly, which we appreciated but that was the only highlight. There were flies around our table, the food was cold and both the dishes and tables were dirty. We even noticed loose hair on the benches, which was incredibly off-putting.
To top it off, the fruit wasn’t fresh and overall, nothing tasted or felt well-prepared.

Went to Allô Mon Coco in Pointe-Claire with my child and a friend — won’t be going back. We were drawn in by the free kids’ menu, but the experience was disappointing.
I ordered the pancake plate and my son had the grilled cheese. His sandwich was just cut in two and looked nothing like the picture. My pancakes were hanging off the plate. They also served our meals before the kids’, which felt off for a family spot.
Service was slow — no one came for over 10 minutes. The waiter asked if we were ready even though we’d had more than enough time. One waitress asked why my child was crying and told my friend, “Stop cleaning, just eat now,” after she accidentally knocked over her child’s milk and started cleaning it herself.
The place wasn’t even busy, so the delays and attitude didn’t make sense. I’ve already told my mom group not to go. I hope this review helps them improve — they have potential, but our visit missed the mark.
