Underwhelming - no kids menu (my kids didn’t want nor could finish the giant plate of pasta or the burger plate?!?), poutine curds were warm and not squeaky at all. Service was to be desired. We were a big group (35) for a local soccer tournament and had only one waitress assigned, lots of staff otherwise on hand and it was not busy when we arrived. After we were served, nobody came to check on us for the 1.5hrs while there for 2nd round of drinks, etc. Waitress came at end of our meal and fumbled receipts and totals and collect her tip.

Seems like it’s a local drinking hole and sports bar with giant-size pitchers of beer, nachos, etc. We only came due to proximity of hotel and ability to accommodate a large group. Better places to eat for $200 bill to feed 2 adults and 3 kids. Bathrooms are neglected and smell musty.

Great place for watching sports. Staff and food number one. For breakfast, smoked salmon & bagel is tops. For supper , rib steak and butterfly shrimp is awesome. Highly recommended.

Been a regular for over 30 years like a vast majority of their clients. I’ve made many friends over the years. I used to enjoy sitting at the bar, Shawn was great, Mylene has her good/bad days, but always good service and is always pleasant with me.
The guy with long blond hair seems ok, its rare I see him. I miss Nat, hope she returns, she was my favorite along with Shawn. If Lauren is working bar I refuse to sit. She is always drunk and yells at her co-workers and embarrassed them and insults her customers at the bar.
When I visit with my wife, we like to sit with Jodi or Samantha, both great gals and attentive, always a good experience with them. Emily is also great. I miss ELizabeth and Bob.
For supper service, I suggest Boden or Eric. Funny guys, easy going and also attentive. Plus my wife likes to eyeball them a bit!
Food is usually good, prices are fair and specials are a nice touch! Great for sporting events, but make reservations.
I give 5 star service to my top servers/bartenders, but the 1 star is for Lauren who brings a negative ambiance to the place and who I can hear yelling from my table.

Had dinner with a group. The food was really good. Louisiana pork chops tasted like chops done on the BBQ. Would definitely have it again. Service was great too!

Perfect place to 'hang' with friends, or just enjoy a meal out. Caters well to a very diverse crowd. The Manor / Le Manoir has been around for decades...and is still one of the best casual venues on West Island.

Horrible service. Our waitress was dismissive and inattentive. Food was on par with deppaneaur microwave food, hardly value for money. Not surprising based on how filthy the outside of the building is on the parking lot side.

The hostess had an attitude several times. Very rude. We had issues with restaurant in the past and we thought we would give it another chance. But, it is obvious they do not care. Never, ever again.

The Manoir is a West Island institution! Decent food at decent prices. Beer selection could be better. Great spot to catch a sporting event or have a drink. Nice patio.

We went there last Saturday for breakfast. We were 14 people including children. Had a reservation for 11am. Ordered and waited over 1h40mins to get our food. In this time no one was refilling water or coffee unless we asked. 1 coffee when we arrived and another 1 hr later when we realized it was so long. Someone came once and said there was a backup in the kitchen. But still waiting 1h40 mins for some eggs and pancakes is insane. The only eason we didn’t up a leave was because we were with family from out of town and they were leaving on a flight and at that point we didn’t have time to start the process somewhere else. We even complained to the manager and he didn’t seem to care one bit. First and last time for us. Before expanding they should focus on service. This is by far the worst service I have received anyways in my life time and I am 47 years old.

They messed up my order AGAIN. I did pick up today. She wrote down what I said. I don't understand how they got 3 things wrong. I brought it home and my husband ate it. I couldn't eat it like that.
