Nice staff but I was served a raw chicken sandwich. Too late to come back. Unfortunately I actually ate some of it before realizing. Hopefully won’t get sick.

Rude girl, and had audacity to say i yelled when we were 2 customers who talked at the same time to get her attention, she should have apologized to me. I will never return because of this one person

I often come here with friends because both them and I love the drinks. They have a good variety of hot and cold beverages.
The food here is pretty good as well.
The employees work fast and are polite as well.

Honestly, this is so dumb but I had to mention it. Being charged 1$ extra when you ask for a literal splash of oat milk in your filtered coffee is kinda odd. I would be cool with it if we were satisfied with our coffees but, alas, the coffees we purchased were very disappointing. They tasted like water and cardboard because of the new lids you use to sip on. We unfortunately tossed them away and went to the McCafe down the street. What a waste of 5 bucks each for trash-filtered coffee. You charge premium prices for what?? A bad coffee can really ruin a day lol

Limited choices comparing to the other café dépôt branches.

I felted mistreated just by trying to be a good customer.The frontline lady does not know how to approach people. I presented myself at the front counter and waited patiently for someone to offer me assistance. I started stating my order and when I said “I want two muffins…” she cuts me off and asks to go straight to the cashier. The cashier was so overloaded that the same frontline lady asked me again for my order. Just to find out that I was willing to purchase 10 muffins not the 7$ dollars snacks she is used to sell.Maybe if you order just coffee you will be treated politely.

Great customer service. My drink was prepared in a good amount of time. The staff were friendly.
