This place is the best. The food is fresh and super tasty, with plenty of great options on the menu. My favourite is the chicken burger. The staff is friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of, and they are quick. Definitely be sure to check it out!

This restaurant is on the "TOO GOOD TO GO" app., and refused to give me what I paid for, on Monday, December 30, 2024.
This is how the "app" works:
You get food that is left over from the day, that should still be edible, AND valued at 3 times what you pay for. Meaning, you pay 1/3 the original selling price.
I paid $5.00 + tax, and right on the app itself, for this restaurant, it says I will be receiving, a $15.00 value, before taxes. I asked her if what she gave me was $15.00 value, because it certainly wasn't, and she replied, "You want $15.00 value?, give me another $10.00 + tax.".
I showed her the app, and she didn't care, and repeated, what she just said. She also called her "boss"(same age, 20 yrs old aproximately), and she replies "that's what you get", and walks off, in the food court. It's ridiculous! They should NOT be using this application, for disposing of their food, at the same price, for day old! Never again, learned my lesson, and hope they do also.

I contacted the "owner" on January 8, 2025, the same day that they responded to MY review and I have still NOT received a response NOR a gift card! I thought the two girls I dealt with that day at GRILLADES TORINO'S in Fairview Pointe Claire were rude, well it turns out that the OWNER is not as sympathetic as he/she wants the readers of these reviews to think he/she is!

Definitely my favourite place to eat in Fairview! The quality and taste of the food at this location is amazing and so delicious! The service is always fast and staff members are really nice. Great spot for a tasty meal

This location deserves 0 stars for lack of customer service, the cashier (young girl) was very rude with attitude and we did not get what was ordered. Never going back there, and I advise others to steer clear, much better options with friendly staff and good food.

This is the best Torino restaurant so far! The staff were extremely sweet and nice they welcomed us with smiles and the food was wonderful! I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
