Friendly staff and great food!

I didnt believe my friend and came with other friends to eat here. I think it all depends who the waiter/waitress are. I got a waitress and was revengeful. We asked for extra forks and we got almost some eyes rolling. Then waited for our food and bills long enough. Food is very instant-noodle type, definitely not real ramen broth. Not coming back for a long while.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and great staff. The ramen was absolutely delicious!

What was a birthday dinner turned out to be a sour experience. Had bad encounter with waitress, who is unprofessional and unskilled. She said she can’t remember anyone’s meals and that it’s not part of her job to do so. So her creditability is questionable on her memory when she insists she remembers she said miso and not shoyu. All of us heard her say shoyu! Unbelievable she can come back to ask us to pay for a meal that she took back and said they tossed in the garbage. Enough said!

Waitress came out with food , ask who ordered shoyu . So the soup went to individual who thought it was shoyu. Later waitress comes back and said she had said it was miso. Our whole entire table heard her say shoyu. And she insist we were all lying. She tossed the miso in garbage Then wants us to pay for it. Her excuse was it’s not her job to know who ordered what… her job is only to bring the food out and ask who ordered it. That’s a joke for a waitress, however she lied and claims she did not make any mistake. She kept saying many times that it was our mistake. Regardless that, isn’t it her mistake to toss it in the garbage as well before consulting us first and then even have guts to come back and ask us to pay for it ? We don’t mind paying for it, if we can take it to go. This is just not acceptable. Sorry never coming back. I had better ramen elsewhere , this place was just convenience Cos it’s close by. I also have my friends support. Thank you adios !

The food was ok until we got a horrible service. A lying and unprofessional waitress (Emma). She claims she did nothing wrong by bringing out a wrong order and charged us for it. Our child took 2 bites and said it is not the same taste as 2 weeks ago, so waitress took that bowl of 2 eaten bites to throw into the garbage without our CONSENT. Gave my daughter the right soup. My daughter ate a few bites from the new bowl. Waitress came back minutes later to say, after she threw out the original mistaken soup, that it will be charged. Also, makes no sense because if that was not eaten, were they planning to bring it in and recycle to give to another customer? Not going into details, but our whole party of 12 people are never going back and our social networking is large. Good luck Kinton.
