Les Moulins La Fayette (279 Chem. du Bord-du-Lac-Lakeshore, Pointe-Claire, QC H9S 4L2) - this is an incredibly cool cafe with French charm! 🇫🇷

This place has a very interesting creation story that I highly recommend checking out (no spoilers 😉). As always, they have some of the coolest pastries, I can confidently say - one of the best bakeries in Montreal! 🥐

The coffee here is also of a very high standard. ☕ The atmosphere is extremely interesting and even romantic, if I can say so. 😍 Very beautiful outdoor tables with wonderful views of the street 🌳 The staff is very friendly and attentive. 😊

Definitely recommend Les Moulins La Fayette as a must-have place to visit! 👍

Great place for a soup and sandwich!

Franklin the entire team looks stoned. A team of 6 to 8 people and after 10 minutes in a line of 3 people, I still hadn’t been even been seen by any. Normally I go to Arhoma but was going to give this one a try. They failed in all metrics before I even got served. Won’t try again. Place does look nice though but that’s all that is good there.

Best pastry place in the village!

We bought an almond croissant and a chocolatine. They were good quality but not the best I have tasted and for the price. If you are close to the area its worth a try and they have coffee, sandwiches, pastries and cakes.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian foods.

Parking: Hard to find parking, there is a municipal parking nearby which is 3 hours and around the area for 60 minutes maximum.

A beautiful address on the lakeside path, in the village of Pointe-Claire.
Good pastries, well-prepared coffees, sandwiches on good baguettes, tasty croque monsieur.
Calm and relaxed atmosphere, just missing background music.
Courteous and fast service. A little smile would help :)
Large terrace with parasols, around 30 seats.
We recommend.

I was there yesterday and I have to say the price was way too much for what I bought. The sandwiches are scantily filled, really nothing special at all. I had some red velvet cookies that were good though. And really unfortunate that I need to mention what a disaster the bathroom was. Honestly, I was pretty horrified at what I saw in there. They need to work on cleanliness obviously and maybe be more realistic about pricing because it was too expensive for what I purchased.

This tiny cafe on Lakeshore drive has been right in the middle of Pointe Claire Village for over 20 years that I know of.
Excellent coffees, takeout
frozen foods and fresh brioche can be taken indoors or out (weather permitting). If you're looking for a nice place for a European breakfast, this is a good choice.

One of the best places in West Island to get a nice coffee and croissants or sandwiches early morning!
They heated the Croissant crunchy as I asked and the medium cafelate

I ordered a blueberry muffin which had two blueberries in it. So disappointed. Very, very cheap on the berries. Should have gone to Starbucks.

Absolutely the very best raisin danish I ever had. Coffee is quite good also but service can be a bit slow and layout of interior is not ideal. Overall a great place however.
