Milestones sorta has the same vibe as Baton Rouge, similar menu items but the atmosphere and decor is much better. They have good lighting for an evening dinner unlike Baton Rouge which is very dark. Our waitress was fantastic, very friendly and came by very often to check on us. We didn't wait long for our entree or main course. Perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The menu reads so well, what a disappointment when the food came. You can't serve an appetizer at that cost, the ahi tuna sushi, with plain rice. Sushi rice! That's the only way .. The Cobb salad, boiled shrimp, and the vinegret, was their one. Here, quality olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt pepper, roast some garlic, lemon juice, honey ... The green curry shrimp, here's a tip; use your seafood shells, scraps, make a stock, use that broth in the green curry.... And most important, lemon grass, ginger, coriander.. your kitchen manager and chef are failing you. You clearly are saving from the margin on ingredients you describe in your menu that are wasted in that horrible product... The keg, 40 West, yes five star, but the reasons and result and continued existence is in the product .. The service, the food!... You are in a prime location, a beautiful restaurant... These two factors are a reason why you should succeed, but you fail with food that is clearly saving on ingredient quality, but more important, your chef had no idea what is spice, flavor... Does he/she even taste anything?... I have managed restaurants, franchises, food retail ... You will close within the next two years. And while you try to save that restaurant, you will only dive deeper into poor ingredient choices, and lack of attention of what guess to the customer, your expeditor is not qualified either ... Saving grace the blond tattooed bartender/server who wasn't into service at first, but she did surely become involved and was great doing forward was the only reason I will give your menu, restaurant, ones more try.. The blackened cod and pork chop will get a taste .. Otherwise, save yourself as million dollars that you'll probably pour into that restaurant over the next two years, unless your prepared to actually learn from restaurants I've mentioned to succeed ... Service, bland food... You didn't need much to elevate that shrimp curry.... You have everything in your kitchen, adding the lemon grass, to make that a great dish... I'll show you if you want...

I bought a gift card from the hostess table at the entrance before having dinner with friends earlier this evening, they charged my credit card but didn’t load the gift card. I gave it to my friend for his birthday but when he tried to use it toward his meal he was told there was a problem with the card! I explained that I had just bought it from there and gave them the receipt, so it was fine, but I told the staff I wasn’t happy. If he had chosen to use it at another one of the restaurants featured on the gift card, he would’ve never told me that it was empty and the money I paid for it would’ve gone down the toilet. I didn’t want anything, but it was the guy’s birthday. They could’ve apologized or Something... It’s not like he had a filet mignon, he had a veggie burger! The service was friendly otherwise. I ordered the chicken brochette plate from the summer menu but was disappointed it was dark fatty meat, not chicken breast. I don’t complain so I didn’t eat much of the chicken, but maybe specify that on the menu? Thanks

Melina, Clara and Dionysios made my outing an experience.

I started choking on my food at some point (completely my fault, I tried to eat a burger in one shot), and Dionysios was very swift to spot me and save me. His service is literally life-saving !!

Very poor experience at Milestones. First and last time for sure. The food was cold (fries, burgers, calamari, chicken), they didn’t have enough wine glasses and they were not transparent about extras. The portion sizes were not worth the prices either. The wait staff was forgetful, brought the wrong food to the wrong people and table and even tried to say we didn’t pay because we paid cash instead of card….. you’re better off at the Keg, Baton Rouge or even Lucille’s next door.

We recently visited Milestones for a late lunch. While the service was friendly and professional, the food was a major letdown. I ordered the ‘89 Burger, which arrived cold and dry, and the fries were undercooked. We also ordered the loaded potato, but unfortunately, it was undercooked as well. Given Milestones’ reputation, I expected much better. Disappointing experience overall .
