The consistency is not there. I've recently been getting my pretzels soaked in something? It tastes very strong, not edible. They are not crunchy anymore, only soft.

A good and decent Pretzel Shop and been here many times. I never been sick or had a bad experience so far.
Pretzels are delicious and love the selections of sweet or salty pretzels they have.
You may have to wait longer for some products because they are making a new batch but it’s worth it.
Prices have gone up ⬆️ over the years. But what can you do?
A good Mr. Pretzels 🥨 and I hope they improve for you and any customers.

Very dissatisfied We are regular pretzel customers and usually enjoy them. Today, we visited the Fairview Mall location and specifically asked for freshly baked pretzels. The staff member checked with the manager, who assured us that four of the pretzels were freshly baked. Unfortunately, that was not the case—they were not fresh and were quite hard.
This experience was disappointing, and we felt misled. It completely spoiled our visit. Please be cautious when ordering at this location, and double-check if you’re requesting fresh items.

Never received such horrible service. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye, not even a glance. The employees talk to each other and laugh together and don't worry about the waiting customers. Also almost $7 for a dry, flavorless pretzel.

Somehow very fresh even though it took less than a minute to get it (it was towards closing). The parmesan pretzel was delicious and pretty cheap. The only thing is it was contaminated with some cinnamon which was a bit disappointing

Very good pretzels! I personally love buying the Nutella one but asking for the Nutella aside so I can like, put how much I want per piece, also it makes it easier to carry around, not having to worry about the paper and your hands getting all messy. The place is fantastic. The only problem is that it took me a while to find it because I thought it would be at the food court and not at the other side of the mall. And also, it's cheap, around 5$ a pretzel.
