Four years ago, I left a 5-star review because the service was excellent and I even felt the employees deserved a raise. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. My order was not verified, and multiple things were wrong. It’s very disappointing to see such a decline in quality and attention to detail.

It would be better to teach your employees what real respect for customers means. A fake smile and short replies are not the same as genuine respect. Real respect comes from listening, showing patience, and making customers feel valued — not just trying to end the conversation quickly. If you truly care about your business reputation, focus on building sincere customer service instead of superficial gestures.

Horrible customer service by Jenny who was speaking to me as if I’m supposed to know the products and looking me up and down. And said I was rude because I have a hearing problem and I had to bring my ear closer to hear her. Overall very disappointed with the experience. I asked to speak with the manager who seemed very embarrassed by the behaviour of the employee. I choose to take my purchase and leave the store.

I had quite a disappointing experience at this store. I approached a customer representative and asked to taste a new decaf coffee. She made the coffee without a smile and didn't asked me if I want milk in it. While I was tasting the coffee, she left me and went to another station and serve another customer, leaving me standing there with nobody to serve me. I was planning to buy the coffee with some accessories but I was so pissed off and leave the store.

I had the absolute best customer service experience with Hannah at Nespresso! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, shared so much useful information, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and knowledgeable!! thank you, Hannah!

They dint want to exchange my box of capsules I never opened. I dint like the taste so I kept my opened pack and brought back sealed one and they said no. They used to exchange without an issue. Keep in mind the coffee is sealed in pods and the package itself was sealed....even grocery stores are more understanding.

Truly a great shopping experience. I was met by Shanna, truly a great staff member. She took the time to explain the specific notes about the new flavours that were released. My favourite flavour has been discontinued but she took the time to describe which current flavours resemble it the most and made me taste the ones I would enjoy. She was lovely to talk to. Will be coming back

Reading the available choices from their booklet and being asked move a notch fine, asked to give away the booklet because another customer has been answered while there’s another one on the next counter… disrespectful (bald guy). Left without buying anything!

Excellent service! The employee took the time to explain the different coffees to me and their aromas. I even had a coffee. Thank you for the service and welcome in French.

Parking: Fairview parking lot with electrical terminals if you have an electric car.
