Nice compact menu just the right amount of choices. Enjoyed lunch the food was tasty and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The tables were a bit tight between each other it didn't matter much in our case but I wouldn't go there on first date.
Plenty of free parking outside as well as a few stores to browse Indigo and Marshall for example.
Ordered the matcha latte with oat milk and lavender (it was extra), and a cortado for drinks. For food we got the Richard Lewis (smoked meat sandwich) and Larry David (tuna melt). The Larry David was mediocre, had to get mayo on the side to improve the dryness of the sandwich. The Lewis was delicious but heartburn inducing--just a giant burger styled sandwich with thick slabs of meat. If you get it, the salad is a necessary side to balance the meal. The dressing was heavy on vinegar...
Pigeon Cafe in Pointe-Claire is lovely. The food was great, but the service could be improved by making sure enough wait staff for large groups. We were a group of 20 (reservation was made 2 weeks ahead so they knew the group was large) and there was only one server. It would have been helpful to have more than one server to handle the ordering and then the bills.
