Quality has gone down over the last few years. The woman answering the phone was rude and refused to communicate in English, the wings were not crispy at all (flabby, maybe grilled?) and the fries were cold and soggy. It's a shame these local places can't seem to get the basics right - a $50 combo letdown like this makes it hard to justify ordering from compared to a cheaper, consistent, streamlined macro place like Dominos or Pizza Hut

I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a cheese pizza for our kids, but what we got was a thick, doughy mess with some cheese on top. The slicing was a disaster—one side had curved cuts, while the other had uneven, oversized triangles, as if it was done blindfolded. It wasn’t just poorly made; it was barely edible—a dense, overcooked blob of flour. How could someone go wrong with Cheese Pizza????? HOW

Pretty disappointed I ordered the take out special which I have done many times for YEARS and I always do mushroom and pineapple one side and pepperoni the other side cause I don’t like meat but my husband does They dropped the first pizza on the floor and then when they made the second one I got a Hawaiian one side and just cheese the other side. So neither of us are going to eat this cause I don’t want meat and he likes meat but not pineapple :( Lost a good customer

Fantastic pizza! Amazing crust, tasty and generous toppings! Adapted the order due to allergies and they had no problem accommodating! A great surprise! Pizzas were ready in 20 minutes and the service was quick and friendly!

Only problem is the store closes early. Especially early in the week during the week when they offer carry out special of a large 3 topping Mon Tues Wed The store is always closed at least 30 mins early when I try to order. Sometimes much earlier.
Otherwise the place is exceptional they just need to be open for the official store hours
I have tried many pizza joints in Montreal and this is one of the best. I hope it stays a family run business.

I would give it a Zero Star if I could. We ordered for the company 32 club sandwiches and they refused to honor thier deal they have online and over charged us by $100.00. Cashier I was dealing with could not speak a word of English. Then to top it all off the food was horrible. As star ratings go it looks like this place was bought about 6 months ago because they use to have great reviews. Not so much anymore. Will never go back again!!

It’s a sad day when even the pizza joint refuses to offer the basics in the West Island My name is Dan Lavoie and I insist on being serviced in my choice of official languages.

The service was good when ordering and picking up but once home with the food I noticed the pizza was overdone and bacon in poutine was barely cooked. I called and they offered to make new butnI don'tive close by. Offered nothing else. Used to buy from there quite often and food was fantastic. I ended up nauseous from the poutine. Will not be ordering from there again.
