I ordered a pizza meal online at 5:55 p.m. On the order confirmation it is indicated 30 minutes or it is free. I arrive at 6:25 p.m. (30 minutes later) and one of my pizzas is being prepared to go in the oven. It wasn't ready until 6:40 p.m. The franchise manager never wanted to honor the guarantee saying that it was up to PizzaPIzza to sort it out. Anything, since when do you have to ask the head office to complain. This franchisee is rubbish and doesn't comply with company policies and he told me he knows how to do business, hahaha!... no confidence in him! In addition, the kitchen employees did not wear hair nets or hats. I had to call customer service to mention these two points. Waste of 25 minutes of time to get reimbursed!!!... If you want to use this banner, avoid the one at 950 boul St-Jean, Pointe-Claire, QC. Obviously the meal was a little cold because the other dishes had been ready for a long time...
