I go to fairview mall almost every weekend and get ice cream for my 2 kids. They love it...but today, they really made me disappointed. My son had his ice cream in a cup, but my daughter had hers in a cone and from the first sight, I realized it may fall. We sat there and I kept telling my daughter to be careful. After 2-3 leaking, it fell on the floor. My husband asked the seller another one but she said you have to pay for it again. Eventhough it was not our fault, we paid again...but honestly this behavior was very cheap with a royal client....I am not happy

The worst place ever. Tonight we had a disaster there. We ordered 2 bowls of ice cream for our 3 & 7 years old. They prepared my 3 years old daughter ice cream and hand it to me, and prepared the other one but didn’t give it to me (put it on their table) because they had problem with card payment. My son was so upset and was crying because his sister had her ice cream and they were holding his. I asked them politely to give his ice cream too so they can eat together as we were sitting there but the blond hair girl with eye glass ( I don’t know her name) which was the store manager, said no I can’t ad you didn't pay. I said your system has problem and it’s not my fault, my kid is crying cause you’re holding his ice cream. We’re sitting in the store and we’ll pay. But rudely she took my 3 years old daughter ice cream from her and said we can’t give you until all is paid. Now both my kids were crying and my husband and I were in shocked as how someone can get a 3 years old girl dessert like this, it was so cruel. I took my kids out of their toxic store right away and I promise we’ll never go back. Please don’t go there if you think you deserve respect. She was the worse person I ever met who can do such a thing with a toddler.

Let me first start by stating the the young lady who helped us was sweet and knowledgeable. We asked to try out some flavors as this was our 1st time at Qwelli. I got the small bowl, 3 flavors, the brownies( was excellent), the raspberries cheesecake (excellent) and the dulce de leche (nothing special about, it was okay). Even though the cup looks small, but honestly the quantity is excellent for 1 person. I do recommend it, but remember it's gelato, not the cream-based north American icecream. So if you're looking for a sweet tasty gelato, Qwelli is your place to go!

Very flavorful gelato and sorbet. Prices are high but I'll write that off due to it being inside Fairview. Staff were quick, polite and seemed genuinely happy to be there which is rare. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and plenty of additional options to spice up the traditional cup of gelato. My family enjoyed our experience here thoroughly.

Vegetarian options: The sorbets are all 100% vegetarian. The mango is especially delicious.

Dietary restrictions: Sorbets are entirely lactose free

Parking: Fairview is a very busy place. Expect to park on the edge of the parking lot during busy hours.

Kid-friendliness: The staff were very nice and acknowledged my son.

Wheelchair accessibility: All areas are fully wheelchair accessible.

Qwelli is a good place to get Ice Cream.Pros:1) They have a lot of selections with flavours.2) The Ice cream is good and not to sweet.3) They have tables and places to sit down.Cons:1) A little bit pricey.2) I think its need to be a sweeter for the gelato and Ice Cream.3) The service size and scoops is a little bit small. It would have been nice if they gave a bit bigger scoops.Conclusion:Its a great place to get a desert of if you want something sweet.I ordered coconut and Cookies and Cream in a waffle cone and it’s good and delicoius. Only issue is the size. The size was small.I will be back in the near future and try their flavours and other specialites.

Went to Quelli and ordered a small on a sugar cone. The ice cream is delicious however, they charge 8 plus dollars with tax. The server gave me a tiny scoop and didn’t fill the cone. When I made my way through the scoop I realized there was nothing left and asked for more ice cream because a small scoop just didn’t make sense considering the price. When I asked for more ice cream she said I can’t give you more.. it’s store policy. My boss said I give too much ice cream.. When I pressed the issue she called security so she didn’t have to deal with me. I was calm the entire time. Talk about a rip off and probably the worst service. Don’t waste your money!! But if you must, because it’s conveniently located at the mall, make sure they give you what you paid for on the spot before consuming!

On such a not so lovely day of December I had to bring the one and only Il Dottore, he's usually busy in his lab concocting his next world conquering plan so I thought ice cream would ease his mood. It did, 10/10 would

Whichever size you take here, you get 3 flavours. Fast and efficient service, generous portions compared to other gelato places and good atmosphere with the music and all the pops of colours everywhere!
