I dont think i've ever disliked a restaurant, especially a scores, it used to be my fav childhood restaurant but now the salad bar is haft the size and my cesar salad wrap was just lettuce and almost-burnt chicken strips, no bacon, no sauce, it was like cardboard.. service was nice but not exceptional, very dissapointed by what became of this restaurant chain...

Came in solo, second scores I try today, I asked for a table, she gives me a booth, I tell her, I asked for a table, she gives me the table right next to the salad bar. I left. I'm alone, I want to sit alone a bit, that seems very hard to understand. Just sit me in a corner somewhere, not next to the salad bar!

Usually, I will not put the time in to make reviews, but my hope is that the owner of this particular location will read this and reconsider his staff. Was served by an older lady who was extremely dismissive, rude, unfriendly and uninviting. My kids absolutely love this restaurant and unfortunately, due to this waitresses, absolute poor service and attitude We will no longer be going back. This is the second time being served by this individual, the first time I figured perhaps she had a bad day but two times in a row is unacceptable in the service industry. Such a shame as my kids truly love the food, it is close to our home, but will gladly drive to another restaurant at another location, not to support such horrible staffing.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat at 1pm and I had not eaten at Scores in years. You usually know what to expect from these types of restaurant chains. I walked in to a dark depressing restaurant with a few clients. As I was being seeted by a manager, I requested if I could have a booth with a electrical plug and was shown a place in a different section away from the buffet and the rest of the clients. I had my booth and a plug but I was in a different section and the waitress did not even know I was there. While I waited I sat up my laptop and noticed the table was not clean, then when looking for the plug notice the wall is filthy. When the waitress return with the bill I don't hesitate to show her. I only had excuses that she doesn't know why I was sat in that section, that staff nirmally sit there. No apology, no solution, it's just how it was. Food was as expected and besides the wait time her service was nice, but I was surprised this was not addressed in any way. There are more choices in the area, this will not be part of my next lunches.

Placed an order at 12:06PM July 5 2025 through their online ordering system, received the email confirmation indicating 1:06pm latest delivery. The funds have already been charged to my credit card. I called the store at 1:07pm inquiring as to the status of my order, the person on the other side of the line told me they never received the order at all. I asked to have the order cancelled and the funds returned, he didn't know what the amount was supposed to be, needed me to confirm, even though I'd given him the order number. Said he would have his boss call me when he gets in. No apology offered. Absolutely terrible service.

Excellent restaurant.

We ordered online and the order was to arrive latest 6:24. At 6:44, I called to find out where the order was and I was put on hold. 10 minutes later, I hung up and called back. The person told me that she was explaining to me what happened and I hung up on her. This never happened….she never came back to me. Anyways, they never received my order so after already waiting more than an hour at this point, I cancelled the order. I followed up with an email asking them to ensure that I was refunded the amount that I prepaid online (including a tip for food that was never delivered!!). I was billed nevertheless and still have not been refunded 6 days later. We have not ordered from Scores in years and now I remember why!

Food was just ok, not worth the price. Won't be back.

The one in Dorval has much much more choices on the salad bar.

This place used to be good but not anymore. Service is terrible and not welcoming. I was served by Dimitria worst service ever. Do not recommend this location.

Good value for money with the salad bar included ? dated decor the visual should be rethought. Courteous staff.
