Pistachio sauce is to die for.

My mom and brother were visiting from Ottawa to surprise me for my bday. They stopped here to pick a dessert for me and waited 15mins for someone to help them. Mind you the place was completely empty, so the employee was completely free. While waiting my brother used the bathroom, when he came out there was a lady finally at the counter. He asked a few questions and asked about what they had to see his options. He didn’t like anything in particular so he kindly said “We are looking for something specific and you don’t seem to have it, thank you anyway” and as they were about to walk out the lady said “why’re you using the bathroom if you don’t want to buy anything, don’t use our bathroom!” So extremely embarrassing and rude. If she hadn’t been sitting on her phone and ignoring the only customers in there maybe he would have been in and out quicker and not have used the bathroom. Mind you if they were just there for a bathroom there are a dozen other places to stop. Not a specific dessert stop not their way. Nonetheless what an ill mannered person. No respect for customers and doesn’t even know how to speak professionally.

It’s all very unfortunate because this is close to our home and my husband and I were regular customers. But after how badly my family visiting from so far was treated, we will not be returning.

Amazing gelato best one I’ve had so far in my 19 years.Fantastic service and super friendly and very good for families. The crepes were even better and the presentation was flawless. 10/10 recommend this place.

Sometimes a place looks so good aesthetically and then flops on the taste, NOT THIS ONE. The gelato was the best I’ve had in Montreal. Being Neapolitan I can be a very harsh critic. The gelato TASTED like the flavours and not just of sugar. My whole family approved. The Churros were delicious. And the service, hors pair ! Five stars is too little for this gem of a place that does everything right AND hits the sweet spot. Such a happy find I cannot wait to go back and try out more gelato flavours and taste their other menu items 🤤

Best ice cream shop me and my family have experienced so far in Montreal and Laval! The gelato here is on another level — rich, creamy, and made with real, high-quality ingredients. The coconut gelato deserves a special mention — it’s incredibly smooth, perfectly balanced, and bursting with authentic coconut flavor. The pistachio and tiramisu are also fantastic, while the raspberry and strawberry gelatos are light, refreshing, and taste just like real fruit. Their affogato is a must-try — the blend of warm espresso and cold gelato is perfection.

The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and the portions are very generous. You really get outstanding value for the quality you receive. The owner and staff are always kind, welcoming, and passionate about what they do, which makes every visit a pleasure.

The shop is spotless, modern, and cozy — a perfect spot for families, friends, or anyone who appreciates true artisanal desserts. A hidden gem in Pointe-Claire that’s worth every visit!

We went recently a Radikal Dezzertz. We were dying to eat churros, and we definitely chose the perfect place. The churros were a combination of softness and crispiness, delicious. We didn’t order the classic one, we ordered the Gorditos with Nutella and they were great.
We also tried the gelato and chose hazelnut, chocolate, and pistachio. My favorite was the hazelnut.
It was totally worth the drive from downtown to the east of the island. Highly recommended!

Perfect 🤩

I took the pistachios gorditos and it was amazing 😍 flavorful, sugary and salty, cook to perfection. They were very generous on the toppings. I devoured it and every bite was pure pleasure. The service was very good and friendly. I highly recommend!
