I waited approximately 15 minutes in line while customers ahead were taking their time. When it became my turn, the cashier closed the register without prior notice. There had been no communication, even 20 minutes earlier, indicating that no additional orders would be accepted. This lack of notice was unprofessional, especially given that customers were already waiting in line. Clear communication should be provided to customers when service is no longer available.

Completely overpriced, and not worth it in my opinion. $8+ for one banana blended with some milk powder.

I have been here many times. Today it was different. I love the customizations you use to have like less sugar more Ice etc. They don’t do that anymore in the machine. It’s okay at least you can ask the kind employees to customize some drinks.

Today, I noticed the prices have gone up and it was almost 20.00CAD after taxes for 2 Beverages

The smoothies mango drinks and some iced teas are good depending on how it’s made.

I had never had a bad experience yet.

Very bad service. I made an order for orange/apple juice..then asked her to add carrots, I ended up getting 2/3 carrot juice with 1/3 apple and orange? 4 people ordered after me and received their drinks before me. It took 16 minutes to prepare my juice. Unacceptable!

new reward system sucks. i only buy the honeydew or taro smoothie and rack up points to get discounts every 300 points. but now you need 1000 points for only 50% on house menu only. waste of money and time spent here. quality of drinks of location is going down too.

Specifically asked to remove the foam in the fresh juice instead it came with almost a ratio of half of the inedible foam/juice horrible quality for the price you are paying and it is a highly dissatisfying experience. Just an fyi they literally never reply to the emails they ask for you to write to when you write a review. Wrote one a long time ago and still no reply!

They add sugar syrup to freshly squeezed fruit juice. They have the nerve to say that it’s part of the recipe!

very Good only problem is the employees don't get the TIP you give with a card. all that money goes to manager. they are stealing the hardworking employee so please when you want to give a tip bring some change with you as credit card tips don't go to the person who makes your drink.

Ordered a medium, received a small. Employee didn't seem happy when I mentionned it. Instead of making a new one, she just poured it into a medium cup and top it with more mango slush. Now I barely have the quantity of mango chunks (that was an extra $1 for the medium size) and tapioca that a medium size drink should have! And to make it worse....all the tapioca and mango chunks are on the top so I'm basically drinking a slush and will have to find spoon to eat my tapioca and mango when I'm done drinking.

the vietnamese lady who took my order was talking on the phone the whole time. i asked for no ice and she was like no problem. proceeds to make my drink and fill half the cup with ice... it took me to get her attention 4 times to remind her. she took back my drink, pours it into a new cup and added i'm pretty sure water because the drink she originally gave me was darker than the "new one".

honestly terrible. tasted like milky water. only good thing was the grass jelly i added. ended up throwing it after 2 sips. never coming back.

I am a regular drinker but today I was disappointed, an employee took the full glass and licked the glass because it was too full. If I see the employee still there I buy more. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 No no no

Tried this place for the first time and ordered a cold peach green tea and it was so disappointing. Extremely sweet and warm. I ordered it Medium and cold and was lucky to get 3 ice cubes. The lady beside me was also complaining on how warm it was. Could not drink it for how sweet it was and threw it away. Would not recommend.

Does real fruit train their employees.. I ordered a watermelon real fruit drink since they didn't have watermelon she decided to make a apple real fruit and called out my number.. I am severely alergic to apple.. after I took a sip realised tasted like apple I asked her is this was watermelon she said we don't have watermelon instead i gave apple. why did she not ask me before changing my drink.. I trusted and took a sip and within few min I was havin hard time breathing.. this should be unacceptable... I would of not had a problem changing my drink if they spoke to me first...
