Low hygiene. I just bought a wrap with cash. The staff keeps their gloves while touching all the money inside the cash registry. Never changing their gloves. I had to watch them pick my wrap with the same gloves before wrapping it and handing it to me. If I catch a virus this week, I blame Boustan.

The service is not great, the manager is rude and has no customer service skills.

Be careful with your Interac terminal: I chose the “Skip” option for the tip, but the transaction crashed, displaying a message asking me to try again. By starting again, the amount went from $24 to $34, or almost $10 of added tip for a shawarma that costs much less. When I asked the manager for an explanation, he started to raise his voice without listening to me and refused to refund me in an unpleasant manner.

Good service! But small portion for the price. The bowl was not completely filled like other Boustans. Very disappointed

I’m a huge fan of Boustan—I go to the Vaudreuil location all the time. I’ve also ordered from the Fairview location multiple times, despite the fact that they’ve made mistakes with my sandwich far too often.

Most recently, I ordered a Creation Sandwich, but when I took a bite, I realized it was missing 90% of the ingredients. When I went back to the counter to point out the mistake, the man working there (possibly the owner) told me that the Creation Sandwich no longer includes the special ingredients—it’s basically just a chicken sandwich with eggplant and mushrooms now.

He claimed the franchise had changed the recipe and that he had to follow their rules. However, the Boustan website still lists all the original ingredients! If they’re going to reduce the ingredients, they should lower the price as well. At this point, it’s just not worth it.

I will not be going there again.

We were eating this lunch, the bowl was half full, as was the pita. This has nothing to do with Boustan where we go to Lachine where the quantities are generous!!
To still be hungry at the end of the meal, I won't go back there again.

Just ordered from this Boustan on UberEats. They forgot all of our sauces, no garlic, no hummus, no harissa.

I'm just telling y'all please put a FORK. I'm putting 3 stars and five stars everything because I actually love eating there and it's my favorite place. I take my meal to go but there's no fork now I'm carrying food I can't even eat 😭😭 yes I should've checked myself ... But there should've
been a fork in my bag.... I'm really not having a good day right now ... Only now that I'm sat at my bus stop on my way to my class I realize I can't even eat my meal

The new administration is doing a good job! The service is friendly and I ate the best falafels!
