I asked to make sure a bowl was GF before ordering. Received and started eating, saw that there were noodles mixed into the rice. I asked about it and was told it is vermicelli that they intentionally mix in. Wheat noodles are not GF. I asked if I could get a new bowl without the rice, but was told the best he could do was scoop out the rice with his gloves hands, then transfer the rest to a smaller bowl, and give a salad for the trouble. But there were vermicellis stuck to my falafel still. Allergies don’t work like that. Why not just take back my bowl and give a new one? Anyway, I doubt I’ll try it again.

The food here is absolutely incredible! The people were so nice and i had a great conversation with the person making my food. I’ve been a regular here for the past while and i love this place!Vegetarian options: The vegan option tastes delicious and almost like pork, its a little bit more pricey but in my opinion totally worth the money if you are a vegetarian or vegan.

I really like falafel when I want something vegetarian. We had a great time at this place. The food tastes just like the classic Boustan flavor. The staff is friendly and happy to help with whatever you need, making the whole experience really good.
Today was our first time eating here at lunch. Great chicken Pita sandwiches! Generous portion! Very good garlic potatoes also. My mum and I really enjoyed it. Would have it again! Friendly services from the guy who took our order and the fellow at the cash.

One thing about this chain of restaurants is that the food is always quick and fresh. I usually order the falafel pita with no onions. The falafels are warmed, and the sandwich is placed on the grill to warm the entire sandwich quickly.It's great for a mid afternoon bite, or one can make it a full lunch by having the trio.

If there was a 0 star i would have chose it. The shawarma sandwich was just disgustIng. I could barely taste the beef and chicken because they loaded it with salad instead of the meats and there was absolutely no flavour whatsoever. This is definitely not what a real shawarma tastes like!
