Scarolies Pasta Emporium

This was a perfect date night! We sat in Yannis' (my deepest apologies if I am spelling your name incorrectly) section. He was welcoming and sincere. The service was fast, the drinks were delicious, and the food was amazing.

We did make a reservation, which I recommend so that way you're not waiting (or won't be for long)

We came here as a recommendation from friends but we are coming back because of the service we had.

The pasta was absolutely amazing—probably the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very kind and polite, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic spot if you’re craving Italian food. The dishes are absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors.

P.S. Portions are quite generous! You can order a main course to share and the best part it’s excellent value for money.

I would love to give this place a 5-Star, as they really work very hard and deserve it and will give you the best white glove service. This is a West Island staple. For anyone without a dietary restriction, this is a great place for a family dinner or group of friends. Always packed. Reservations are very highly recommended.
However if you're vegan, eat a full meal before going. After not going for a few years because of no vegan options, multiple current verification with the waiters, manager and kitchen staff, there is absolutely nothing a vegan can eat other than the grilled vegetables, that are way way to oily. Too much oil that drown any flavours from the vegetables and any seasoning that they may have put on. Everything, including the tomato sauce, has either egg or dairy in it. There are some pastas that they don't make in house, that are accidentally vegan, ask the waiter, but only option is a Primavera, sauteed vegetables and olive oil.
So I suggest a plain house salad with oil and vinegar, grill d vegetables (as for very little oil), and a plain pasta with vegetables.

Had a great time at Scarolies for dinner. The seafood linguine was absolutely satisfying. The kids loved the pizza, although I wish they had a separate kid’s menu to choose from. Gave it a 4-star for food because we ordered a medium rare steak but it was served rare instead. But it was still delicious. For drinks, I’d recommend the piña colada sangria; and for dessert, the chocolate cake.

MY FAVORITE ITALIAN RESTAURANT in Montreal! Cant complain, you really feel like youre in Italy in this restaurant. Amazing food as well as the service! Highly recommend!
