This is by far the worst place if you were to screw up your day, ordered simple latte and we get tea like liquid, had to throw in the garbage, had to wait almost 20 minutes

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to!! The staff is extremely friendly and my coffee order always comes out 10/10 whenever I get it from this Starbucks! I have to point out how friendly and welcoming Sheila is. She is incredibly attentive and efficient. I feel very valued as a customer each time. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out to me and I hope her dedication is recognized for always going above and beyond, I can't wait to visit again!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had a less than pleasant experience the last time I visited this Starbucks.
Ordered 2 coffees, 1 was black and had to wait over 20 minutes for it, and when I told an employee I was waiting for it, she completely ignored me! Another one heard me ask for it and got me the coffee in 10 seconds.
Seems like they don’t have an organized system for tracking and completing orders.

If on a busy day there are long line ups. It’s only one cashier for the most part. Hence service may be slow at times particularly at this location.
It takes a while for your drinks to pick up hope there is a solution to this.

My initial visit earlier this month to Starbucks Pointe Claire in Fairview Mall didn’t go as expected. I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member on duty, who was not very friendly and provided me with poor customer service. I was disappointed by that, especially considering the values this company promotes.
After calling back a few days later and speaking with a supervisor named Sheila, she decided to step in and help. She apologized for the experience, showed genuine empathy, and kindly invited me to return. Her professionalism and compassion helped me feel better about my initial visit and I want to thank her for that. What started off as a negative, turned into a much more positive and lasting impression.

Because it’s always and only one cashier which I understand but still you should have 2 at hand on a busy day and more employees because it’s very popular here.
Also service may be slow at times. I get it still the owner management and people responsible should do something to make it better. I have been to many Starbucks around the world and this one needs improvement NOW!

20+ minutes to wait for my small order (two drinks) when there were only two people in line ahead of me. Seemed like 2/3 of the employees working were brand new being trained on the spot. They’d take long breaks between clients to show training. Wish I’d have known it would be this long :’(

I was literally turned away for asking for a small glass of water for my 9 year old daughter unless I bought something. Outrageous that a company that rakes in this much money a year is demanding that I buy something to access free tap water!
