This Starbucks is very popular however over the years it’s still the same.

If on a busy day there are long line ups.

Because it’s always and only one cashier which I understand but still you should have 2 at hand on a busy day and more employees because it’s very popular here.

Also service may be slow at times. I get it still the owner management and people responsible should do something to make it better. I have been to many Starbucks around the world and this one needs improvement NOW!

God Bless the baristas and customers who do good and who are honest Men and women.

20+ minutes to wait for my small order (two drinks) when there were only two people in line ahead of me. Seemed like 2/3 of the employees working were brand new being trained on the spot. They’d take long breaks between clients to show training. Wish I’d have known it would be this long :’(

I was literally turned away for asking for a small glass of water for my 9 year old daughter unless I bought something. Outrageous that a company that rakes in this much money a year is demanding that I buy something to access free tap water!

My sister went and asked for a large iced water and the guy at the register refused her, said they’d only give a small. You’re not broke, you’re one of the biggest corporations on the planet. Get a grip.

As somebody who works at Starbucks I understand you can be tired or frustrated, but when I come up kindly to order with a smile and you talk to me like I’m stupid? I didn’t even finish ordering yet and this girl was like “Oh so you wanted it iced.” Super passive aggressively & kinda rolled her eyes. Maybe be kind to people and your day would be better!

Convince of being in a mall, otherwise the most unpleasant Starbucks I go to. The staff aren't exactly rude, but many of them are so passive aggressive that the experience of ordering is generally just irksome. Also, some of the least attentive staff I've dealt with, they make even simple orders feel like you're bother them.
