This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to!! The staff is extremely friendly and my coffee order always comes out 10/10 whenever I get it from this Starbucks! I have to point out how friendly and welcoming Sheila is. She is incredibly attentive and efficient. I feel very valued as a customer each time. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out to me and I hope her dedication is recognized for always going above and beyond, I can't wait to visit again!
My initial visit earlier this month to Starbucks Pointe Claire in Fairview Mall didn’t go as expected. I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member on duty, who was not very friendly and provided me with poor customer service. I was disappointed by that, especially considering the values this company promotes.

I want to tell you I am so impressed with the staff there...they are absolutely amazing and I really appreciate their attention to detail...they are beyond helpful and so attentive..please give them a thanks for me, I order every day I go to work and it's always great! Sincerely
