My initial visit earlier this month to Starbucks Pointe Claire in Fairview Mall didn’t go as expected. I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member on duty, who was not very friendly and provided me with poor customer service. I was disappointed by that, especially considering the values this company promotes.

I want to tell you I am so impressed with the staff there...they are absolutely amazing and I really appreciate their attention to detail...they are beyond helpful and so attentive..please give them a thanks for me, I order every day I go to work and it's always great! Sincerely

The Starbucks is now located near the District Gourmand (food court), accessible through door 1. The new location is better designed for space to wait for your coffee, and many more tables available. Otherwise it remains a Starbucks as before!
