Whoever was working tonight hates this job and it shows. Poor customer service. There was me and one other person ahead of me. When it was my turn to order, I felt rushed. I had 3 subs to purchase and that made him cranky. I asked for shredded cheese and he gave me about a quarter of a teaspoon for the whole sandwich. The way he put the vegetables on, you’d think they had none left! Gave me about a two fingers pinch worth of lettuce, a few green peppers and barely any onion. I asked for a lot of crispy onions and he gave me again a two finger pinch. I asked for a lot more than that and he repeated the process one more time. I paid extra for avacado and out of the bag that had almost none left, came the pettiest of squeezes onto the sandwich. I should have walked out without the subs and without paying. Avoid this subway, go find another because this is the worst service you’ll find on the island!

The store keeps getting my order wrong and won’t email me back or acknowledge their mistakes.
They keep closing my case.
They say “I looked at the camera it was made correct” I have photos to prove it was not.

I ordered a salad, I got NO sauce and there was random rice in it and barely anything inside also missing some ingredients . This was the second time in a row. My bad for going back. Won’t happen again, I won’t be going back.

Very strange employees, they don’t want to add more toppings to your sandwich? They barely even toast it, I don’t know but this is a strange subway. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They hate their job.

Nothing is good in this place. Not recommended at all. Waste of money and time.

We went around 8.10 and ask for tray and they said we cleaned trays so cant give it.

They said dont make it dirty, i just cleaned it or go outside to eat food.

They say they close at 9:30 but i tried opening the door at 9:05 and they locked it terrible advertising.

Better to avoid eating here. Next door food places have more quality and fare price options. First of all charged double. Sub was full mess two people tried to work on it. Half cooked and all sauces out of sub. Paid $19 dollar for small one and best part there is no napkins. When I requested from back door. None of the staff helped with napkins.

This subway sucks ! Do not waste your time here !
Second time they made the same mistake making sandwich ! Mina the owner was also not helpful everytime if you contact with customer support - afterwards she only email and will say we will do our best next time - never change their service !
Do not recommend anyone to go there !

The workers here are amazing and the food is well made. One of the staff here made my experience amazing and this is one of the most high quality subways I've ever been to!

Terrible making of sandwiches. Ordered two 12 inch subs, and got the skinniest looking sandwiches I ever got in my experience with subway. There was barely any meat or veggies. We finished our sandwich in less than 2 minutes… awful making of sandwiches. I recommend going subway near Home Depot instead. Am sorry but that’s the truth.

Asked for extra bacon on my sub and the lady gave me the least bacon I’ve ever seen, plus she said I had to pay extra for it which made me furious.(not because I had to pay extra but because she gave me the two smallest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen) My friend got extra avocado and she did the same thing! Only a sliver of avocado paste for extra money, what a cheap restaurant I am never ordering from here again, I could’ve made it fresher at home. So disappointed.
