They refused to make the Subway the way we wanted.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. The service was extremely poor—staff were slow, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. In a city like Montreal, where French is essential, the employees couldn’t even communicate properly in French, which is unacceptable for a customer-facing business.

To make matters worse, the hygiene standards were shocking. One employee was openly chewing tobacco, and another was spitting directly into the garbage in front of customers. This behavior is completely inappropriate and raises serious concerns about food safety.

I don’t understand how Subway hires such people without proper checks. The City’s food inspectors, as well as Subway’s own management, need to investigate this location immediately before someone gets sick.

While serving customer they were chewing Tabbaco. Even the manager said that there is nothing wrong and was too rude. Would never come here

Refused to accept my digital coupon...when asked to speak to a manager or get their phone number insisted I Google it....worst service I have ever received...could not stress enough to never give this franchise your money or time

I get subway an embarrassing amount of time and while nostalgia probably plays a big role in it, I do like that the taste is always reliable. I will say, the vegetables are rarely fresh. Once the lettuce was so yellow I even asked if they could please bring out a new one and they said no.

I am Vegan, I love the sandwich, the taste was awesome and delicious. Customer service is too good and politeness.

The Subway at Fairview Point Clair mall was horrible a 12 inch sandwich cost me 23$ and my daughter couldn’t finish it because it wasn’t good !!!!!! I would never ever go back there ! ?

The sandwich was good. The employee spoke French with difficulty. I should mention that the employees did not have a hairnet, one had an earring, and two had beard in a hairnet. Where is the respect for health standards?

This Subway is a decent one. Its in the mall so its good that there is a subway there.

Pros:
1) The sandwhich is good and delicious.
2) They have a lot of options that you can order.
3) The place looks clean and the deli counter is arlight.

Cons:
1) The menu needs to be a bit better, and they need to bring back the old menu like before this series.
2) The Chips selection is small.
3) They need to smile more the employees and future employees.

Conclusion: It is a same subway sandwhich that many have and the food is actually delicious Everything there is good and I hope they improve on things that need to be changed especially the packaging and having healthier options.
