Nice place , very clean. The kitchen and the sushi are amazing. The hosomaki are bot fill with rice and theyre perfect. Sashimi are good and fresh. I suggest at having a lilttle bit more variety of sashimi would be nice and the wine list is very affordable.
Overall for a All you can eat sushi, its a must try place with alot of parking.

A disaster from the moment we walked in. Called to reserve and were told to just come in and wait. Mixture of people with reservations and without all waiting for a table. Manager decides to seat a family of 5 that arrived after us with no reservations before seating us. The mother pointed out we were there first but manager ignored us and seated them. When I questioned the manager lied and said they had reservations.
Eventually we get seated. Ordered a bunch of stuff. Some items never arrived. When I asked, the manager said it would be quicker if we reordered since they were busy?..
Sushi arrived falling apart. Low quality sashimi. Items arrived cold/burnt. Items arrived without sauces, had to ask multiple times to receive sauces. Had to repeatedly ask to have our water refilled and get napkins.
Poor service, poor quality food.

I'm going to start positively! The service is impeccable. The employees are kind, welcoming and attentive. At this truly perfect level!
Unfortunately, it was the food that was a problem. The sushi was not good. Being a big sushi lover, I was disappointed. They were not fresh, not very tasty and had a bitter aftertaste.
Fortunately ! Side dishes such as: chicken tao, pad tai, grilled octopus, etc. Were good.
If you have seen the tik tok video with an incredible presentation and beautiful plates that make you feel like you are in a luxurious restaurant, know that this is not what you are going to receive, but regular plates without decorations .
As for the atmosphere, it's very calm. Beautiful soft music and not very loud. A perfect atmosphere for a date or a dinner with friends.
Personally, it's not a place I would return to, but that's my opinion. In the end, everyone has their own taste.?

The restaurant is really not what it used to be. the food is bland and doesn't really have any flavor. The only positive point is the quick service since there was almost no one in the restaurant. In addition, you have to be careful since it still has the same notes as the old restaurant it replaces, Sushi St Jean which was good. all we did was rename the building on Google map to keep their previous rating, if I'm not mistaken Sushi St Jean had closed for hygiene reasons but I never had any real confirmation
