Happy to see a local staple Swiss Vienna Pastry a local institution. Celebrating life i. sweetness with the most delectable and memorable desserts. All served with a multilingual culture a pleasure for all. Take the time to speak with the staff and learn the history of the shop...This is always on my visit thru Montreal.
This place is an important piece of Pointe Claire history. More importantly, the food is delicious. Delicious roast beef and chicken sandwiches. Perfectly seasoned potato salad. The macaroni was creamy and cheesy perfection. Have a millefeuille while you are here, no other place in Montreal makes them like this. Grab a beer to take home. You won't regret it.
Absolutely amazing hot cross buns 🤩
Will for sure be going back.
Great pastry, pies etc.
It doesn't matter what time of day you go, it will always have something delicious. If you want lunch or dinner or something sweet, it's the place to go.
Great breads and pastries.

Rude staff. Poor customer service. I drove a long distance and ended up walking out. After reading the review about the hair I'm kinda relieved. Never going back!

Pastries are ok but really lacking any basic customer service. Not asking for much a little "you're welcome" can go a long way. I chose your business amongst many others it's not charity.

I was enjoying a pie I bought from here and suddenly something caught in my teeth. It was a strand of someone's HAIR. I am so very grossed out, it's not even funny-- see the picture as proof! The hair was BAKED into the pie!
In addition, I am very sad to have to echo what others have said here: the terrible attitude of one particular staff member stood out, needs to change towards the customers. There is no way any one would want to return after being treated as though they shouldn't be buying there.
I hope that if the manager or store owner sees this comment, they will make try to make a difference: perhaps not by firing the employee in question, but rather by having them attend client service relations workshops to learn how to exude professionalism and courtesy in order to retain customers.
Also: please please find a way to ensure that the staff will be more prudent in the food preparation! Chewing on a strand of human hair that's baked into a delicious dessert is really disgusting!

Horrible service from a woman behind the counter. No greeting in either language, didn’t know almond tarts are property called Bakewell tarts. I sensed homophobia from her when she questioned how the cakes should be boxed. Loudly proclaimed I must be insane the way I placed the cake box in our bag. No thank you or good bye. Couldn’t wait to leave and certainly will never return. This woman should not be in a customer service position as obviously has mental issues. Ruined my day. AVOID!!

The pastries were decent although what stood out was the attitude of the server. Customer service needs to be improved.

Nice hidden bakery in the Pointe-Claire plaza. It is filled with numerous fresh baked good in house. The pies looked really tasty! The prices are fair and the quality is good.
