The food at Thai Express has gone waaaaaay done hill. There’s absolutely no flavour to anything…chicken has a weird chewiness, carrots and I think potatoes taste like cardboard. Omg and $20 for a plate. I could barely eat 3 bites. Nauseating. I remember a time when Thai Express actually served flavour. So depressing. Just look at the color🤢.

I had the worst smelling chicken pad Thai from here. Threw the whole plate in the bin. Please do not waste your money here. Pathetic experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

General thai chicken was mainly dough than chicken, hardly any chiken. Very disappointed.

We came asking specifically for a vegan pad Thai for my elderly mother . The cook put egg, the cash said no it’s vegan no egg, the chef didn’t correct it and still kept the egg in the dish and boxed it up and gave it to us.
We didn’t know and when we got home , my 80 year old mother ate egg which she religiously does not have .
Very disrespectful. People also have egg allergies, so you can’t be so passive . Will never come back and am very angry about it.

Mango Salad… bowl of iceberg lettuce with handful of mango and two slices of green pepper. Don’t forget the cilantro leaf. No resemblance to the photo on the menu.

Ok this doesn’t make sense. I order 2 vegetarian Pad Thai’s and while I’m looking at the cooks making the food for the previous people they soak in the water the shrimp and vegetables of the people before us and then make their meal. Afterwards for our meals they soak our vegetables in the same water where the shrimp had soaked in. Seriously!?! If I order a vegetarian meal that you also advertise with a vegetarian symbol beside it it therefore shouldn’t be in contact with crustaceans. Super gross and I am never eating at your chain again.

The food what just not good. I got the fried rice with chicken and the rice was too soggy and soft. Also the tomato chunks mixed in the fried rice were spoiled.

Not really a big fan of their food but they have some decent meals in their menu. Prices are ok considering the portions and quality of their meals.

Thai Express Pointe-Claire is not the best one I’ve been to.I ordered their limited edition pad Thai rancha one with shrimp and one chicken. The food itself was alright and tasted decent and had Less vegetables on it and less meats but No major issues when I ate it.The cons:No napkins upfront.After I ordered the person behind me got a better customer service then I did. After he ordered, The employee asked him for a water in a cup and just look happier and better when he saw him and he got his food nicely opened and served to him directly from one of the employees even when it was for takeout.There was no bag when it’s for takeout. Most Other Thai Express do offer bags for takeout and the employees put it in the bag. Today the cooked handed it to me without it.One of the head cooks had an air-pod which is not allowed and disrespectful in his ear which felt like he did not want to be there and looks like he was tired and looks like he was not working hard. He also felt slow and sluggish.He also said “Hello, Hello” in an aggressive form and way after the food was ready. Not cool bro!The food was plentiful and no major issues with it whatsoever. Just poor customer service for me. I’ve been to most Thai expresses that were polite and kind.To summarize. I would not recommend this Thai Express because to me, customer service a good work ethic and positivity is way more important than the food.Visited May, 2022 at around 3:50PM.
