I got food from here with my family and it was tasty! General Tao, pad thai and vegetable fried rice were all good

Asked for chicken coco arachide.
They just served the chicken with some peanuts no sauce.
They didn't have the decency to replace my order after i showed it to them. They said it's mot in the system!!!

The food at Thai Express has gone waaaaaay done hill. There’s absolutely no flavour to anything…chicken has a weird chewiness, carrots and I think potatoes taste like cardboard. Omg and $20 for a plate. I could barely eat 3 bites. Nauseating. I remember a time when Thai Express actually served flavour. So depressing. Just look at the color🤢.

I had the worst smelling chicken pad Thai from here. Threw the whole plate in the bin. Please do not waste your money here. Pathetic experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

General thai chicken was mainly dough than chicken, hardly any chiken. Very disappointed.

We came asking specifically for a vegan pad Thai for my elderly mother . The cook put egg, the cash said no it’s vegan no egg, the chef didn’t correct it and still kept the egg in the dish and boxed it up and gave it to us.
We didn’t know and when we got home , my 80 year old mother ate egg which she religiously does not have .
Very disrespectful. People also have egg allergies, so you can’t be so passive . Will never come back and am very angry about it.

Mango Salad… bowl of iceberg lettuce with handful of mango and two slices of green pepper. Don’t forget the cilantro leaf. No resemblance to the photo on the menu.

Ok this doesn’t make sense. I order 2 vegetarian Pad Thai’s and while I’m looking at the cooks making the food for the previous people they soak in the water the shrimp and vegetables of the people before us and then make their meal. Afterwards for our meals they soak our vegetables in the same water where the shrimp had soaked in. Seriously!?! If I order a vegetarian meal that you also advertise with a vegetarian symbol beside it it therefore shouldn’t be in contact with crustaceans. Super gross and I am never eating at your chain again.

The food what just not good. I got the fried rice with chicken and the rice was too soggy and soft. Also the tomato chunks mixed in the fried rice were spoiled.
