The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Pointe Claire

Food was great, service was excellent and our waiter Marty was Very professional and exceptional!

Overall The Keg is always a good pick however this last time I was disappointed with the food, it was good but nothing more than that. Had the bacon wrapped scallops which were good and 2 lobster tails with French fries, which were so salty and green beans that were tough. Not even aldente but tough. Had a better experience during previous visits.

Many gluten free options. Always an excellent meal. They go the extra mile for people with allergy issues.

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with our family at the Keg Pointe Claire. Our waiter Luca wad very attentive and one step ahead. He made sure we had everything we needed. Our 3 steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. We found out at the end of our dinner that it was Luca's first night serving on his own. He helped make our anniversary dinner special and memorable. Thanks!

Had a lovely dinner with family Thursday evening. We love the Keg and always enjoy the food and service. Lucas was our waiter and was extremely attentive and amazing.

Louis was fantastic, very attentive and professional. Drinks took a little long to arrive but everything was perfect and food was delicious as always. Love the consistency: it's good every time. The only comment is that the dining room is a little too dark!

We were there with friends to celebrate a birthday. The service from Marty was impeccable, very attentive. The food was delicious. Everything was cooked to each person's preference. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back again very soon!

It was very nice I enjoyed a lot I went from my anniversary my 34th anniversary to my husband and I went from my 54th birthday and both times I had a great time stop was pleasant the food was great the atmosphere was really nice

Given your outstanding reviews, we chose your restaurant to host a small work gathering for our party of eight. We arrived at 6 PM and were informed that it wasn’t too busy, so we wouldn’t need to wait long. However, we waited nearly an hour just to receive bread, with only two servings of butter provided for the entire table.

Throughout our wait, no one checked in to update us on our order status, and tables that arrived after us were served before we were. We also noticed a station nearby where staff were spraying cleaning chemicals close to open food, which was concerning.

After waiting almost two hours, we requested the bill for our drinks, deciding to leave without the meal. At that point, we were told our food would be ready in four minutes, and that they had only put our order in about 30 minutes earlier. Even though we had been sitting for nearly 2 hrs. It was disappointing to learn that our order was delayed until so late into our visit, despite having ordered promptly.

We were really looking forward to a positive experience, but unfortunately, this visit fell short of our expectations.

Well, this is the keg so if you can't read it's a steak house. Expect such. I got great service and great food. It was clean and modern. Really, it was a good experience. Thanks for that.

It's my first time eating a steak in a restaurant so my expectations were high, perhaps unrealistic. I ordered it medium. I was expecting more searing o.o
I found it average. The sides (salad and potatoes) were good.

It was for my birthday and they gave me a slice of cake, which is appreciated.

Service and atmosphere were good no complaints. I'm not sure I would order a steak again !

Amazing Food! The lobby and bar side were quite noisy. The dining room was less noisy, but the lighting could have been more intimate. I
Our reservation for 2 was a 20 minute wait, as they seated someone else at our table. No worries, they did provide free appetizers for the inconvenience. It was our anniversary and I suppose thinking on it now, they did have that info and still gave the table away. Again they were very polite and apologetic, but it will be a footnote of a 15th anniversary.
The GRUYÈRE MUSHROOM DIP was truly amazing! So delicious. The KEG CAESAR and ICEBERG WEDGE salad with blue cheese dressing were very tasty. The main event… The Keg Classic 10oz FILET MIGNON and 12oz NEW YORK STRIPLOIN were mouth watering delicious. Just close your eyes and take in the melt in your mouth, delicately seasoned aged beef. MmmmMmmmmm.
The service at our table was impeccable!! Maria is so wonderful. Maria is The perfect waitress, always smiling, warm and kind, bilingual :) ,she truly is a beautiful gem if you have the pleasure of meeting her. Thanks Maria!!

My partner and I went there this evening to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful time.
The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking.
What stood out the most was the service.
What was impressive was the team work amongst the waiters. As soon as we were seated we were greeted a waiter who said that our waitress was named Kelly and she would come to see us soon. Kelly was great! Attentive and answered all of our questions. When she was busy, her co-worker would step in and clear our plates or offer us more bread even if he had his own tables to attend to. You can see that they support each other when busy. Service like this makes a huge difference in the entire experience.
At the end the gave us a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary which was very much appreciated.
We will definitely go back again.
