The food was great, no complaints there. The store was clean and nice to be in. My only issue was with the service. On Sunday, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the young man who served me, I believe his name tag said Sarujan, quite rudely said what bagel? I was confused and said an english muffin please. He said no, we don't have them. What bagel? This could have been avoided if he had simply started by saying, we don't have english muffins today, do you want a bagel instead? I also did not appreciate the tone. It made me feel bad for ordering what I did, so I probably would not come back here if the same young man was serving me. The other workers seemed lovely, my only issue was with this one interaction.

Last Sunday, I came with my girlfriend to order some refreshers. The person with the name Sarujan served me the refreshers in less than a second. I was amazed by his speed of service. Excellent work!!!

Average Tim Hortons. Okay food, okay service, they usually have everything on the menu.
Ice cap still consistently good. Just the staff wouldn't give me some cream and milk to add into it to make it less sweet. They wouldn't even give me water... lol I'm thinking, even if I order a regular coffee, they would ask me how many cream or sugar. I'm not sure if this is company policy or just staff incompetency. Also tables are dirty. Lucky I had wetnaps with me

This is Hands down the WORSTTTT FREAKINNGGG Tim hortons I have ever been to. People working here need some real customer service training.
