what a bad experience. ordered 20 mix timbits and i only got 16 with just 2 different kinds, when the display had all the variety available. wouldn’t recommend ordering with verifying your order.

I'm in love with this Tim Horton level of service, patience, how kindly & respectfully they handle customer even on the busiest days!! ✨😁 I have been coming here regularly since 3 years. This is probably the one of the places which can get my Oat milk latte with brown sugar syrup correct with the texture and taste. Thank you so much to Glen, Theepa and other lady here in making a difference, especially when you are in need of that coffee after a long tiring day 😀

Normally fine if you order in advance through the app because there’s usually a line up. Today there was one guy working and three people in line. It took 25 minutes to get through the line. He was missing chicken, rice, and many other ingredients (which the applicable said were available for this store at this time). Total mess today. Get this poor guy more staff.

I have gone to this Tims so many times and it seems that there are never enough people to serve you. Staff are very polite and respectful, but sometimes the lines can be extraordinarily long.
