My “local”. Friendly staff and I always know what to expect. Still smiles and efficient during super busy times. I’ve used it for a quick lunch with the kids and also for sitting down and getting some work done on my laptop.

My go to drink at Tim Hortons is a black dark roast coffee. I like my coffee, hot, especially on a cold day. When I can take it and sip from it easily immediately, it has been sitting too long. The dark roast was not fresh.

ONE coffee with three people in line. I genuinely thought something was broken, but no — it’s just the slowest, laziest crew I’ve ever witnessed. Watching them work felt like a social experiment on how little effort a human can put in and still get paid.

No urgency. No communication. No shame. Just employees dragging themselves around like making coffee was an unbearable personal attack. They didn’t look busy — they looked bored, annoyed, and completely uninterested in doing the most basic part of their job.

This wasn’t bad service, this was professional-level incompetence. If you hate customers, hate your job, and hate efficiency, you’ll fit right in here. Everyone else should save themselves the frustration and go literally anywhere else — even a gas station would be faster and more pleasant.

Easily the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever stepped into. Embarrassing.
