Worst experience ever at Tim Hortons. The manager, Dennis, seriously needs an attitude check. He was rude, arrogant, and acted like he didn’t care at all. Zero manners, zero respect. I just asked a normal question and he talked to me like I was bothering him.
I don’t know how someone like that is even a manager. Totally ruined my day — not coming back to this location again if he’s still there.

Wasting your time and looking dumb all day long thats their speciality, filthy place , angry manager , untrained young adults. These people are way too comfortable rude and shallow. Just close the damn place and build another condo in that corner on st jean boulevard. Theres a starbuck behind it anyway . Btw coffee homemade never felt so good after this visit .
