Placed a mobile order for 1 coffee, 2 teas and a bagel. 10 minutes to get this order filled. The backlog of orders was not a valid reason for how long it took for my order to be ready. The lady assumed to be the manager was not only rude, but couldn't even offer the young staff member, who appeared to be newer on the job, a hand in getting the order finished. There were 4 other staff members in total, who were basically standing and chatting while the one worker was slowly getting the coffee and teas made. This was after i had to ask if they even got my mobile order through, as it appeared nobody was working on it.They have zero team approach, and zero sense of urgency. If my order took 10 minutes because the crowd was large, I wouldn't be disappointed. I am disappointed because they couldn't even be bothered to give the younger struggling staff member a hand with the work. Not something you typically see at Tim's.

Saliou and Kulvir are doing a great job. I don't drink coffee and wanted to try one and they were able to recommend me one that wasn't too strong. Very nice people. The dining area was clean and they were efficient at getting my order done! 10/10

I had a unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons location in Brunswick. The cashiers were super rude and not even a small smile. I politely asked them to replace the stale and old donut they had given me, but instead of helping, the cashier got angry, threw it back at me, and said it couldn’t be changed. Both of the young women working there were extremely impolite and unprofessional. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this branch.

Worst experience ever at Tim Hortons. The manager, Dennis, seriously needs an attitude check. He was rude, arrogant, and acted like he didn’t care at all. Zero manners, zero respect. I just asked a normal question and he talked to me like I was bothering him.
I don’t know how someone like that is even a manager. Totally ruined my day — not coming back to this location again if he’s still there.
