While the food is well prepared and recipes are fantastic, this place has a major culture problem. Staff is young, inexperienced. As a result, they feel they are entitled to behave with contempt. I suspect it comes from the man who was reviewing reports at a table, who did not even bother to apologize when his staff dropped a glass of water on my father-in-law which then shattered at his feet. Not sure this place understands our expectations.
I ate with my dad here, it was a lovely time! The food was really good!! We got the tomato soup and grilled cheese, my dad enjoyed it a lot!! The barista there was really amicable and he even did latte art!! Definitely recommend coming here!!

The hot chocolate, I am told, was Very, very good.
We have to come back to try the food.
Kid-friendliness: There is a whole food court, maybe do not disrupt the cool vibe with screaming crying kids.
