Such a vibe. I would literally go here without an appointment just to eat. People are nice, it’s weirdly comforting, and it feels like 1994. They have a surprisingly varied menu and it’s CHEAP. Makes my Lakeshore visits have something to look forward to

I got a smoked salmon bagel and cream cheese, with a soda for under 11 dollars, tax included! Service was a bit slow, but well worth it! (I must have been that I came around the lunch rush) Breakfast ends at 10:45am I think, but some breakfast items were until 11am.

Nice breakfast, super nice staff incredible menu considering it’s a hospital cafe. I was pleasantly surprised.

It’s a hospital cafe however staffed by volunteers who are amazing. The breakfast of fried eggs and sausage are one of the best around!

Great homemade sandwiches, soups, delicious squares plus friendly staff - a hidden gem!
Lovely staff and very welcoming. The breakfast sandwich and cream cheese bagel were delicious.
So good to pop down to have a nice robust coffee after a long night of cafeteria food. Great breakfast w/bacon rashes and paprika dusted hashbrowns. Love the warm chat and uplifting volunteers.
Amazing food and service :) a true gem for the employees and patients/visitors

Emergency sucks, short staffed, Google it‼️
The staff is wonderful here, very warm and friendly. And they've almost saved my husband on two occasions when he was admitted by ambulance. But communication can be bad.
Be sure to bring cell phone of person who's going to emergency, as there's no other way to contact people, even after they've been admitted. Also, bring snacks and reading material for yourself.
Doctors & Nurses saved my life!!!
This has become a terrible place, people wait for hours and then get practically pushed out the door. Do yourself the favor and find another hospital.
