We are very often disappointed with our order. It happened more often than anything else that we ate cold... Old, dry fries, equally dry and hard croquettes, mistakes in our order, no condiments, and we were told to move forward when we took the time to check our order. For the price we pay now, it's quite frustrating. We agree, going to McDonald's isn't about eating top quality food. But we pay the same price, for a really unpleasant freshness of products...
