Three of us came for lunch on Saturday March 30, we took three separate bills and we played musical chairs with our orders. Ok we were together but if they do that with everyone... really disappointed!

The restaurant is a convenience store stand, there is a seating area with a few tables available, the service is quick and the staff is pleasant.

My girlfriend and I tried to go to this place this evening. Totally terrible service. The girl said in a low voice that they close in 5 minutes while sighing. Here, I can understand, not having thought that at 8 p.m. it would be closed even for the drive-thru, but in addition, when we notice an error in the order, we report it in order to ask if it would not be possible to put extra chocolate in a mocha iced cappuccino, we only had 2 mocha iced cappuccinos to order, nothing too long. The girl's response to the car command = yes sirrrr yes sirrr, in an arrogant tone while sighing.We said let it be and left.Honestly, customer service should be improved because it makes you not want to come back.

Very disappointed with my last visit and will not return even if I go several times a week. I went to the drive-thru. There was a line so I was stuck in the car in front of me once at the microphone. I asked him for a minute to decide between 2 sandwiches... only to be told that it wasn't possible to look at the menu at the drive-thru, they don't have time! I absolutely don't understand since regardless I had to wait for the cars to move in front of me. Very poor customer service... I advise them to remove the menu panels that are in front of the microphone since the customer does not have the right to look at them

Always a mistake in the orders, judges the customers out loud, the employees shout and tell in front of the customers the hygiene mistakes they make! For real, the worst service I have seen!

I have been there several times and each time I have had a bad experience. Always errors in the orders, there are missing products and the service is not always good. Today was the last time I was going to Tim Hortons in Pont-Rouge.

The Dreamer

Waited 15 minutes to get 2 farmer's wrap that weren't even properly wrapped, food was mediocre at best. If you absolutely want some Tim Hortons, I suggest to go to another one near by as this one is a wreck. I believe it to be the worst one in all eastern Canada.

Washroom were not clean. Not able to receive service at Tim Hortons inside convenience store. Table corner is ok.
