O'Riv, how can you say perfection without saying perfection? Just O'Riv, a little nugget of local gold, between Longue-Rive and Forestville, it's the local place to eat well, ditch the snacks and go eat 5 stars! Directly on the Portneuf-Sur-Mer campsite, the food and the view are excellent. The employees are those of chutes-aux-outardes to offer you the same good service.The decoration is just stupid! The chef is excellent in his field with several years of experience under his belt. Thanks to the whole team. In the photo Buffalo poutine and O'Riv poutine. ? ?I would like to say that the owners take into account the reviews on Google dated yesterday September 7, 2023, the waitresses who had given poor service were thanked and staff from their other restaurants came to lend a hand and the service was amazing. I can guarantee you that the new staff are really there for us and the situation has changed for the better.

Great restaurant, very good food =) On the other hand, I will add something less fatty to the menu!! Tartar or salad! I like fried food but I would like to have another option for the meal!

Group of 9 people, terrible service, 35 minutes to get a menu, no drinks offered NOTHING, totally unfriendly waitress and a blatant lack of professionalism.Total disappointment... :(

The atmosphere is good, the decor is beautiful and warm.Arrival 5:00 p.m. - not very busy.It takes almost 15 minutes before a waitress speaks to us. We ordered our cocktails from the cocktail section of the menu and the waitress said they were shooters... it was weird.Then we have poutine for two, with sauce on the side, it seemed very complicated for her.The poutine arrived, everything was super cold, the fries were dry and cold and so was the sauce.We asked to reheat it, that too seemed weird and complicated. We felt like we were bothering him.We got ghosted the rest of the meal ??♀️She really is a particular waitress and our dish as such. Our overall experience of this visit is rather disappointing. We couldn't wait to go there.Beautiful view, warm clientele.I would go back there for a drink with friends. Maybe I will have better words. Do we ever know.
