Probably my biggest surprise and my new favorite microbrewery of 2023.A magnificent place with attentive service and who knows their products and knows how to describe them well, I really appreciated the beers on the line that day and I must admit that for a "young" brewery the products I tried were m were greatly impressed, it's rare that I get excited about new brewing establishments that I visit but Herman is probably my greatest surprise since the opening of Maltstrom in Lanaudière (that's an understatement!).Still, the place is bright, the little terrace is inviting and as a bonus they serve Miett chips which I discovered, another big favorite (WOW).I'm going to come back (and I've already been back 3 times since my visit) I'm a fan :)THANKS!

Very nice discovery returning from the north. The service was extremely good. We had some really good beer suggestions. The flavors and aromas offered were superb. Small space but excellent place to discover.
